Instead of educating and controlling weapons, they decide to arm themselves more and more..

Further increasing the unstoppable maelstrom of death..

And a new era of US begins in which school employees kill students..

More third worldish than ever..

There's a Republican solution for you . . . More guns! That ought to make the gun manufacturers and the NRA happy.

Ohio governor signs bill allowing armed school employees:

Instead of curbing & halting the tide of more gun ownerships, some US authorities are counter the move by allowing more people to be armed.

This is a mockery to the traumatic scenarios of mass shootings.

Unthinkable..

The politics got hard and Mike DeWine folded,” Whaley said. “Nine people in Dayton was worth the political risk.”

A show in the Dayton area by Beach Boy Brian Wilson was thinly attended because that massacre occured just the weekend before. It scared many people away.

In the wake of the Dayton massacre, DeWine announced his “STRONG Ohio” plan to address gun violence. His proposals include higher penalties for violent felons caught with guns and ensure that mentally ill people don’t have guns if a court deems them dangerous to themselves and others.

Another idiotic slogan. Who was paid to come up with that? In 2020, a bunch of hate militia crud had a plot on DeWine himself and it was foiled. Now he's cowering to these violent types, he sure doesn't care about the legit police forces because he just made their job next to impossible. And this 'Stand Your Ground' crap is just an excuse for cowboy wannabes to murder Blacks and say, 'He was gonna so I had to shoot first'.

Having come from Ohio I am ashamed and disgusted that this wussy has caved in to gun worshippers and the NRA.

What is the problem with doing this?

armed shooter shows up.

Would you prefer everyone there be UNarmed? and then just wait for the police while everyone gets shot?

if so, why would you prefer that over an armed, trained responder on site?

Thank god I don't live in a country where people think the entirely inane idea of arming teachers makes sense.

I wonder how many teachers will stop teaching now that the job comes with the expectation of facing active shooters when they arrive.

Not teachers. And optional.

The governor said his preference remains that school districts hire armed school resource officers, but said the law is another tool for districts that want to protect children. He emphasized that it's optional, not a requirement.

Would you prefer to “face an active shooter” with yourself also having a gun or without any gun?

maybe you can virtue signal the shooter to death.

Would you prefer to “face an active shooter” with yourself also having a gun or without any gun?

I'd prefer to live in a country where people think the idea that arming teachers is the intelligent move to make are looked at as complete and utter morons. Like everywhere in the first world that isn't America.

Going to school with armed police officers and guards at the doors, with metal detectors, must be a great way for children to understand they live in the land of the free...

Nah, just giving context of the types of things you believe, for other posters, so they can use that to judge whether your comments are based in reality, or Trump.

Why does context bother you so much bruh? Aren't you proud that you support Trump and believe Q, and that Trump won the election? You aren't starting to feel shame are you?
