Rabble-rousing among the faithful of any faith is never a good idea.

So far Israel has offered hopelessly fractured fragments of poorly organised and impossible to manage and secure scraps of land. All these offers were deliberately calculated to prompt a refusal whereby the Israelis could then accuse the Palestinians of rejecting peace. The end goal being that the Israelis can continue forceful evictions and land theft.

Jews returning to Europe is definitely not the answer.

Unfortunately the Israelis have absolutely no intention of such a reasonable settlement. She’s perfectly placed to do this. Unfortunately, that isn’t what many on the left want to hear. Another Somali-born woman, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, is often shouted down by the left for pointing out things like the ban on Israelis entering certain countries and the treatment of women, sexual minorities and dissenters. Hirsi Ali, as a woman who underwent FGM and left Somalia to escape an arranged marriage, knows what she’s talking about here.

It would be nice hearing these women campaigning as loudly for a change to this situation along with the behaviour of the Israelis which does deserve criticism.
