Can't Chinese troops guard the oil? They got nothing better to do anyway.

The US should not be in Syria in the first place. They are an illegal presence. The heavy lifting against ISIS is done by the Syrian and Russian military (who are there legally). I am disappointed that Trump has not pulled them out yet. Of course, he is up against the entire corrupt swamp and the propaganda media.

The heaviest lifting against ISIS is by the SDF (they took on the ISIS strongholds which are on Eastern Syria not on the West/Mediterranean coast where the Russian base is, and conquered the ISIS capital of Raqqa). And they're there legally. Give them some respect

Oooh, didn't Donnie say the US were 'pulling out of Syria this moment'? Here's more proof that trump is a LIAR. Why listen to anything this sociopathic impeached bully-boy has to say, anyway? He's proven time after time that he's undependable and unreliable.

Yes. Get them out of this Vietnam #2 for good.

He did pull out most of them, and did stop the criminal support of the "vetted rebels" aka ISIS in drag conducted by Clinton/Obama. He deserves huge credit for that. The remaining troops are gurding the oil fields, and I completely agree that they should be replaced by SDF troops asap.

However, remember that Trump still has to deal with the warmongering swamp back home.

He's pulled out the bulk of them. I'm hoping by the end of his second term he'll pull the rest of them out of there as well as Iraq and Afghanistan.

I sure hope so, but he is up against the entire warmongering swamp here.

I think a lot of that swamp is going to be cleared out over the next couple of years, WilliB. Barr's and Durham's reports are coming.

Not so sure about Iraq, where there is a big resurgence of ISIS.

If they are going to celebrate Christmas there, I think they should also openly celebrate all the other religious affiliations of US troops. Gives the wrong impression otherwise, especially in a majority Muslim country. (Some ignorant fighters think that the US is Christian, when that is not so, and over there to kill Muslims, which is doubly not true.)

Xmas is not very religious, unless you make it so. Every noticed all the Xmas trees and Santas in Japan, which is hardly a Christian country? Even in islamic countries, those that are run by secular leaders (like Assad in Syria). Of course, under the "vetted rebels" that Clinton and Obama supported, it would have been abolished.

Christianity is part of Western history, culture, and identity. Oppression of other religions is not part of its doctrine, unlike islam.

So, he’s ineffective then?

Why is it that Trump’s supporters always cast him as the victim?

Such lightweights.

He said he’d drain the swamp

...and he is trying to.

and the MSM globalist corporate media has been dismissed as fake news.

by the MSM globalist corporate media... of course

From an objective point of view, you seem to be making excuses.

LOL, parroting the MSM globalist media is now an "objective point of view"?

So, ineffective then. That was my point.

Who’s doing that? I said he’s been ineffective in draining the swamp. You agreed with me.

I have no idea what you are even trying to say here.

"Effective" does not mean ''omnipotent". I dont think anybody claimed that Trump is god, or is that what you read in the MSM now?

For crying out loud, another one.

My point is pretty basic. Trump said he’d drain the swamp. His own supporters are telling me the swamp is stopping him doing what he wants to do. The conclusion to draw from this is that Trump has been ineffective in draining the swamp,

This isn’t hard. This has nothing to do with the MSM.

As my old mum is fond of saying, it’s like talking to the wall.

Trump sure acts like a self-deified GOD. He has at least declared himself to be 'the chosen one' = a messiah.

What more needs to be shown here? He has practically proven by his flapping Pac-Man -ish motormouth, he's an Anti-Christ.
