People will not agree with me. But Japan should create small furnished apartment houses mand invttebthese refugees. Give contracts to building builders. ;Then invite corporations to build factories nearby.. Instead of griping shortages of laborers, invite refugees. Once upon a time an Indonesian first lad was a Japanese girl. ;She left to France. I really think Japan can use them.

Japan can offer free food. USA has been pushing to sell is long grain rice and Japan has extra. Instead of throwing away, give to Asian refugees. Other Asians prefer long grain rice than short grain rice.
