Personally speaking, this has been a huge waste of time and federal tax dollars. The end result will not get POTUS impeached in the SENATE. The House may put on its show, but I would have much rather be reading about a 5 yr Final Budget than more dog and pony shows. The Democrats have spent every single day in getting to this point, imagine if they put that effort towards doing the job they are hired to do. Represent the people, its real interests, jobs, markets, health care, retirement pensions, homelessness etc. What a waste and a real shame.

Trump's allies argue that voters, not lawmakers, should decide the president's future.

Yeah right, and while they are at it, let's tear up the constitution and install Trump as Emperor Donald 1st!

9 ( +18 / -9 )

President-wanna-be Pelosi is pressing forward with her three (3) year old attempt to impeach Trump. I'm shocked (not really). It's only taken her three years to convince less than half of the country that Pelosi should replace the President.

It doesn't matter that the Democrats still have not found any actual evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors. What matters to Democrats is that Hillary lost her 2nd attempt to become POTUS, and someone must be punished for Hillary's loss. Anyone but Hillary, of course.

-14 ( +12 / -26 )

tear up the constitution and install Trump as Emperor Donald 1st!

Trump can continue to wear the emperor's clothes (made by Ivanka/Trump Inc. in China, Bangladesh, Mexico and elsewhere) and keep the title, but he'll still have to answer to the Tsar.

9 ( +17 / -8 )

PTownsend - Trump can continue to wear the emperor's clothes.....

I can hardly wait for Schiff, and his whistleblower, to explain to the U.S. Senate, and to the voters, how they colluded among themselves before publishing the whistleblower story as news. I would also like to hear the Democrat's witnesses repeatedly deny having any actual facts. An impeachment based on hearsay, and on how Trump hurt their feelings, will be ratings gold.

-13 ( +9 / -22 )

Unbelievable what a hole the Dems are digging themselves into. They've gone right off the deep end in a mad rush to ensure Trump's re-election.

-9 ( +10 / -19 )

It is clear, beyond all reasonable doubt that the President is guilty - guilty as sin.

What is most peculiar is that there are people who must know he is guilty, but don't care. Despite their President riding roughshod over democracy and brazenly committing crimes, they suffer from Stockholm syndrome so badly that they lie to themselves that it isn't occurring.

These people aren't to be feared, but should be pitied.

9 ( +20 / -11 )

Unbelievable what a hole the Dems are digging themselves into. They've gone right off the deep end in a mad rush to ensure Trump's re-election.

See my post just above.

2 ( +8 / -6 )

Burning Bush - Pelosi’s hysterical breakdown showed just how desperate, worried and immature the Dems have become.

Pelosi doesn't hate anyone, said Pelosi in a very hateful manner. hehehe. I'm surprised that President-wanna-be Pelosi didn't remind the voters that she is still keeping an open mind about her three year quest to impeach the candidate that beat Hillary.

-6 ( +10 / -16 )

The end result will not get POTUS impeached in the SENATE.

Get it straight! The House will vote to impeach him or not! The senate has nothing to do about "impeaching" the president! Educate yourself to the process!

As things are moving along, Trump WILL be impeached!

The only thing the senate will do is hold a trial!

If found guilty, by a 2/3rd's majority of the Senate, in a trial headed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, he would be removed from office!

8 ( +16 / -8 )

Personally speaking, this has been a huge waste of time and federal tax dollars.

This. The whole thing is just a show put on by fanatics. Even if it were impeachable, it's going to get snuffed out the moment it hits the Senate.

Well at least a lot of careers in the House will soon be over thanks to this clown show and we can get some fresh blood into those seats.

-9 ( +7 / -16 )

Hey Pelosi, the USA is waiting for USMCA, not this impeachment circus.

-8 ( +8 / -16 )

I just heard an interview on the radio with another member of the house who said if this one fails, they'll just impeach him again. They really have gone nuts.

-6 ( +10 / -16 )

I can hardly wait for Schiff, and his whistleblower, to explain to the U.S. Senate, and to the voters, how they colluded among themselves before publishing the whistleblower story as news.

Yes yes, we understand your team is angry that people aren’t taking up your conspiracy theory.

Boo. Hoo.

-1 ( +9 / -10 )

Trump's allies argue that voters, not lawmakers, should decide the president's future.

Remember when Tea Partiers used to parade around with pocket-sized Constitutions stuffed in their shirts? That was all just for show. They are demonstrating now that all they care about is power. Or, do they honestly think that all Constitutional issues should be decided by popular vote? Think of what would happen to the Second Amendment.

7 ( +12 / -5 )

Pelosi doesn't hate anyone, said Pelosi in a very hateful manner.

Well no, in an angry manner. You people always argue that Trump is justified in lashing out at his attackers. The above comment clearly exposed your hyper-partisanship, clearly proving you don’t actually care about her comments. You’re attacking her for her party, not her actions.

Party B4 The Ppl - Trump 2020!

3 ( +10 / -7 )

who said if this one fails, they'll just impeach him again.

Good. It must hard for the minority of Americans (i.e. those who voted for Trump) who think it's acceptable for foreign states to interfere and influence US politics, those in that minority who don't want the Constitutions separation and balance of powers to be kept intact, for those who prefer an authoritarian led system controlled by a serial conman to one that's at least partially democratic to accept that the majority of Americans value the principles the republic was built on. And impeaching Trump, though extreme, might be the best way to ensure no further erosions to US systems.

6 ( +13 / -7 )

Day in and day out, the current occupant of the White House, confirms he is not fit to be President of the United States of America (POTUS).

5 ( +14 / -9 )

Even if it were impeachable, it's going to get snuffed out the moment it hits the Senate.

Trumpets believe that 'even if it were impeachable', meaning whether they believe it is true or not, they would not favor impeachment. It is typically wrong and being lemmings while looking thru fascist glasses. Bottom line, is he will be impeached, that's a process for the House, not the Senate.

4 ( +11 / -7 )

Bottom line, is he will be impeached

Yeah, we'll see if they ever actually take it up for a vote and if they have the votes.

Some Democrats may want to try to keep their seats in 2020. Already we have one who voted against holding the impeachment hearings.

-5 ( +6 / -11 )

the majority of Americans value the principles the republic was built on.

Not your majority. Your "majority" (which was inexplicably unable to defeat Trump at the polls, despite being a "majority") supports an authoritarian system overseen by heavily funded secret police agencies that spy on their citizens and work to overturn election results that they don't like. Throw in a bit of "those evil foreign devils", some limits on free speech, a few pointlessly violent riots, and you have today's left.

What principles of the republic exactly are you talking about?

-2 ( +7 / -9 )

Bottom line, is he will be impeached

Yeah, we'll see if they ever actually take it up for a vote and if they have the votes.

Wanna bet? The house will impeach Trump. Naw, I wouldn't bet with you, it'd be like taking candy away from a baby.

5 ( +8 / -3 )

Dems are angry. Pelosi being agitated and pointing fingers at journalists while demanding no one “mess with” her (threat).

Biden arguing with an 83 year old man and calling him names and challenging him to do push-ups?

Schiff publishing the phone records of a member of Congress, 2 lawyers for the President and a journalist because he is mad nobody buying his story time.

-2 ( +8 / -10 )

Impeachment without removal really means nothing. Most people don’t even remember that Bill Clinton was actually “impeached” and he would have won a 3rd term after that if it were legal.

if you can’t remove him and prevent him from being on the ballot, this all means nothing.

1 ( +9 / -8 )

Pelosi tore into Trump, calling him a"coward" for refusing to get behind gun control measures,"cruel" for abandoning young immigrants known as "Dreamers" who were brought to the United States illegally as children, and for being "in denial" about climate change.

That sums up Donny pretty nicely, ignorant, petty, childish and a coward!!

4 ( +10 / -6 )

Wanna bet? The house will impeach Trump. Naw, I wouldn't bet with you, it'd be like taking candy away from a baby.

You can have that bet. What does it matter? You know that impeachment means nothing when it has to go to the Senate and the Senate is going to toss it out, right...? Or are you one of those folks that doesn't actually know what the word "impeach" means?

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Do the right thing. Impeach the con man. Make it official for the history books.

2 ( +9 / -7 )

Do the right thing. Impeach the con man. Make it official for the history books.

Why? Everyone complains about government waste, well here's hundreds of man hours and millions of dollars going down the drain to do something that is 100% guaranteed to go nowhere.

-2 ( +7 / -9 )

Do the right thing. Impeach the con man. Make it official for the history books

Yes, make it official, the Dems just signed their political death warrant. Time to pop some good bubbly. A call for celebration is in order.

-5 ( +6 / -11 )

Trump is just a mocked pathetic figure, unable to even execute his principle policy of building a wall, and now backed into a corner led on by his corrupt personal lawyer, Gulliani.

The weight of evidence against him is overwhelming. Once Gulliani is arrested he'll be friendless and without advice. Good times ahead!

0 ( +7 / -7 )

Andrew Yang understands what this is and is against it. You know the “smart” guy on your team? One of the few liberals that can do “math”. Might wanna listen to him?

if you can’t get bipartisan support it means nothing. “Most of the Dems in a Dem controlled House impeached a Repub president with no bipartisan support.”

Thats not going in a history book. Maybe in a footnote about why he got re-elected? Or an appendix in the back of the book? Or in a 2030 textbook about why the Dem party ceased to exist by 2025.

-1 ( +7 / -8 )

Dems are angry. Pelosi being agitated and pointing fingers at journalists while demanding no one “mess with” her (threat).

Biden arguing with an 83 year old man and calling him names and challenging him to do push-ups?

Schiff publishing the phone records of a member of Congress, 2 lawyers for the President and a journalist because he is mad nobody buying his story time.

Random off topic stuff. No idea what your word salad is all about. Anything to change the subject, right?

2 ( +7 / -5 )

Do the right thing. Impeach the con man. Make it official for the history books

Yes, make it official

It’ll be in the history books, although you read history books which nobody has heard of written by non-partisan historians who claim Bush 2’s presidency was a successful one.

Perhaps in your history books there will no mention of impeachment.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

Time to clean out the criminal tribe that has been infesting the White House for the past three years.

Donnie is clearly getting more unhinged each day - the weight of the evidence sending him into a downward spiral - just look at his two-year old conduct at the NATO Summit - and embarrassment and humiliation on a "Yuuuuuuge" scale.....

And all the while worrying about Crazy Rudy's "insurance policy"...and Bolton's description of the "drug deal"....

Come on John - remember, Donnie said you were a "disaster" - tell us all what he said in those Ukraine meetings...

0 ( +6 / -6 )

This thing went from removing Trump from office to just an insistence that it be written in a history book that he was “impeached”.

CNN pushing this exact narrative too. Strange change in your expectations.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Thats not going in a history book. Maybe in a footnote about why he got re-elected? Or an appendix in the back of the book? Or in a 2030 textbook about why the Dem party ceased to exist by 2025.

Ha. Trump's crimes won't be forgotten. He'll be vilified in the future, and forgotten, and no one will remember having voted for him.

Ok, not that we clarified that liberal myth....

, and now backed into a corner led on by his corrupt personal lawyer, Gulliani.

Criminal? What crime was he charged with? I thought in the US your innocent UNTIL PROVEN guilty...

The weight of evidence against him is overwhelming. Once Gulliani is arrested he'll be friendless and without advice. Good times ahead!

The odds of that happening are equivalent to Adam Schiff becoming the next US President

How sad to see the once great friend of the working class Democrats descend to such gutter level depths. The party needs a complete reboot to return to its roots. But I don't see it happening any time soon. Meanwhile, the working class has found a friend and defender in President Trump, who has stood up to the elites, media and con artist political class to deliver jobs, security and common sense.

0 ( +5 / -5 )

Make sure to remember that in your book no one in the previous administration committed a “crime”.

so what crimes (plural) has Trump been found guilty of again?

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

How sad to see the once great friend of the working class Democrats descend to such gutter level depths. The party needs a complete reboot to return to its roots.

That’s an understatement. It wasn’t that long ago when the shoe was on the other foot with the Democrats. Nadler was calling the Clinton impeachment a witch hoax, but now in their twisted minds, it’s all different. Lol

You have to be a total moron to believe that.

But I don't see it happening any time soon. Meanwhile, the working class has found a friend and defender in President Trump, who has stood up to the elites, media and con artist political class to deliver jobs, security and common sense.

Exactly.

-4 ( +4 / -8 )

It’s sad because I could actually vote for someone like Tulsi or Andrew Yang or John Delaney.

but then you elect them, you elevate the power of the Pelosi, Schumer, Schiffs and other crazed Dems of the Congress get to be in the Cabinet.

So not happening.

-1 ( +5 / -6 )

President Trump, who has stood up to the elites, media and con artist political class

He gave tax breaks to the elites who don’t need them.

He rips into media who disagree with him and retweets media who kiss his backside. He called Alex Jones “important”. He retweets trash conspiracy theories from the National Enquirer.

Trump is himself a con artist. Trump University?

2 ( +5 / -3 )

It’s amazing that there is video of Nadler and Pelosi saying the exact opposite things about impeachment when it was their guy.

musta got “woke” since then.

tolerant, loving, accepting liberals are making threats against Jonathan Turley just for “daring” to testify against the predetermined outcome.

Maybe he can be offered refuge on a military base like was offered to Vindman (who wasn’t threatened at all)

0 ( +5 / -5 )

Love it. It just got easier for the Republican controlled Senate to repay the Houses bias with their own biased trial that targets the Biden’s, the DNC and Hillary’s Putin colluding campaign, and to further expose the FBI’s corruption in using the powers of the police state to thwart the President’s campaign and hinder his administration. It got a whole lot easier for the next time when the roles are switched for Republicans to impeach a Dem president using the power of the FBI and heresay evidence. This is really going to hurt when Trump is exonerated in the Senate and the vast Left wing conspiracy against him is exposed. Pelosi just increased Trumps chances of re-election.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

Dem witness George Washington University professor Jonathan Turley told House Democrats that by attempting such an ill-founded impeachment they are the ones abusing their power.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

I want the GOP to stand up and have their vote recorded for letting a con man off the hook. One who put his own interests above country.

Embrace the humiliation. Own it.

Until this call on July 25th [2019], I was an impeachment skeptic.” - Noah Feldman, under oath in Congress.

"What the president did is an outrage. It’s impeachable." - Noah Feldman, May 17, 2017.

dishonesty abounds.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

The whole world, except for Putin, will breathe a huge sigh of relief once the orange fool is gone.

2 ( +6 / -4 )

dishonesty abounds.

So the Dem’s Constitutional scholar was basically caught lying under oath. That’s perjury.

It’s great that Dems have rushed the impeachment so the Republican Senate can start its trial in January and drag it out through the first set of primaries putting Biden and his bad boy son in the dock for their corruption. Then Jon Dunham’s report on the Steele dossier funded by the DNC and Hillary hits the public right after that. Sets up pretty well for Trump if he is going to have any chance for re-election.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Yes, make it official, the Dems just signed their political death warrant.

They just signed Donny's disgrace warrant.

Lets pop open the bubbly once Donny is out, defeated and then prosecuted.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

Impeachment without removal really means nothing.

See, Black, yes it does. Nixon resigned before being impeached and was pardoned by Ford. Clinton was impeached but not convicted in the Senate; nothing came of it later because of the triviality of the charges.

An impeached former president cannot be pardoned. If Trump continues down this road and does not "do a Nixon," he faces jail after his administration ends.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

Whatever the basis for all of this, the Pelosi conference where she announced this and then tore into some poor hack who asked her a question at the end was just awful.  Facile, not genuine and bad tempered.

Bit like Uncle Joe having a go at some poor chump who asked him a question.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

What a sight for sore eyes she is! Trump will surely be elected again in 2020. Democrats can't seem to get out of their way! Being impeached is not a criminal offense, it is like being fired from your job, but when the senate holds a trial Trump will keep his position, embolden his base and become a much more powerful President, as congress will go back to the Republicans in 2020 and that "whiny" Democratic majority will be sent on their way. Democrats are not adaptable, un-workable and very mean spirited. Did you see how Pelosi snapped at that reporter when she was asked why she hated Trump? She is possessed.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Trump's teeth are not the only false about him!

But at least he has implants, Joe on the other hand keeps forgetting his Poligrip.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

He can’t be jailed after 2025 if he isn’t impeached for a “crime”. One of your experts said doesn’t need to even be a crime for impeachment because this is political process.

better buy something cheap cause you won’t ever be drinking it.

Lets pop open the bubbly once Donny is out, defeated and then prosecuted.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

But that’s ok! pelosi has no hate because she is...Catholic? And that guy used to work for Fox News many years ago.

So it’s all good to scream at him! you can mistreat journos and spy on them and release their phone records if you don’t like them.

Her hateful response and treatment of him disproved her words.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Which inevitably just doomed the DNC.

You got your characters mixed up, its spelled as GOP,

2024 you guys will get your chance.

We sure will, but by 2024 Donny will either be in prison and building Trump Towers in Siberia!!

Based on what?

Defeated on votes and prosecuted on crimes, its really simple when you break it down!!

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

Catholic?

We all have to face our demons. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi more than most

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Wanna-be President Pelosi's hatred of Trump is obviously completely out of control. I fear that the poor old lady may soon suffer a stroke, or worse. Especially after Rep. Jeff Van Drew (Democrat - New Jersey) said that he plans to vote against all the articles of impeachment.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

Pelosi tore into Trump

That sums up Donny pretty nicely, ignorant, petty, childish and a coward!!

Nah, but it shows how ignorant and petty Pelosi is.

Do the right thing. Impeach the con man. Make it official for the history books.

Do the right thing. Ratify USMCA. Fund the border wall.

History will record this impeachment circus as the most embarrassing chapter in American history.

Donnie is clearly getting more unhinged each day

You're confusing Trump with Pelosi.

Trump is just a mocked pathetic figure

Being mocked by ignorant/misinformed people doesn't make one pathetic, on the contrary it's a badge of honor.

The weight of evidence against him is overwhelming

I heard this / I think that is not overwhelming evidence.

Criminal? What crime was he charged with? I thought in the US you're innocent UNTIL PROVEN guilty...

Not in Democrat land.

I want the GOP to stand up and have their vote recorded for letting a con man off the hook

They'll have their votes recorded for stopping a coup against the duly elected president.

Nadler was calling the Clinton impeachment a witch hoax

He was wrong then too, Clinton was sexually abusing an intern in the White House and lied under oath, he deserved to be impeached.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Do the right thing. Impeach the con man. Make it official for the history books.

Are you guys dense? The House can vote all they want, it doesn't mean anything as it will die in the Senate.

The precedent they're setting is that the opposition party will just impeach the sitting president from here on out because they're from the other party.

It makes our entire government look like a joke.

1 ( +7 / -6 )

America needs a good leader. Many elected to the Senate are corrupted, especially those senior members. The current president is crap and the senators vying to be the nest POTUS are crap too.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Could House Speaker Nancy Pelosi be turning, inadvertently and I believe mistakenly President Trump into some arch nemesis?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

@commenteerWhat principles of the republic exactly are you talking about?

The Constitution, particularly parts stating the 3 powers are separate and equal. My concern is that Trump's attempting to seize greater powers for the executive branch, like Putin has in 'little old Russia' where he can easily squelch opposition. And I'm well aware the US is increasingly becoming more autocratic, but believe that if democratic principles are maintained there remains a chance a corporatist authoritarian system led by Trump, or any of the other American 'elite' can be blunted. Somewhat. Anything other than a Russia/China/Turkey/Iran/Saudi Arabian system.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

You got your characters mixed up, its spelled as GOP,

No, I can spell DNC very well..

We sure will, but by 2024 Donny will either be in prison and building Trump Towers in Siberia!!

In an Oliver Stone movie or Jerry Bruckheimer, could be.

Defeated on votes and prosecuted on crimes, its really simple when you break it down!

Ok, so you guys have nothing besides this farce losing its steam, deflated, losing public support everywhere and losing independents not to mention the fact that the President won’t ever be convicted or removed, so besides the DNC looking the utter idiotic fools they are, what do they want from this, besides trying to sell a used lemon that no one is falling for?

0 ( +5 / -5 )

Comparisons are odious, I know.  but the increasing polarization of US politics and the use of extra political means to try and discredit or bring down or depose or whatever opponents are all redolent of the fall of previous empires/hegemons.........  Or at least their "democratic" or "republican" versions.

Add in an idolization of the military and plenty of faux hypocrisy (and some ornamental armour) and it feels like we need an Edward Gibbon to document it all.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Is Donald Trump, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi proverbial Joker? A fathom night terror?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Dem witness George Washington University professor Jonathan Turley told House Democrats that by attempting such an ill-founded impeachment they are the ones abusing their power.

Typical Trumper - doesn't even know Turley was called by the REPUBs as their witness. And even as a REPUB witness, testified that Trump's call was "anything but perfect"....

Criminal? What crime was he charged with? I thought in the US your innocent UNTIL PROVEN guilty...

Hypocrisy off the scale - how soon they forget "Lock Her Up".... And they ask for a crime and are given one - then come back the next day and ask for a crime again - dementia?

52 U.S. Code 30121; Contributions and donations by foreign nationals, which prohibits "solicitation" a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election. And that doesn't include the Abuse of Authority or Obstruction.

Better get familiar with this one Trumpers, besides Trump, it's also one of the 8 charges Barr has Rudy under criminal investigation for...

Nothing but weak, pathetic posts from the Trumpers today - in fact there posts have become weaker over the past month as the evidence of Trump's criminal conduct becomes obvious.

Was Rudy acting on his own or was Trump directing him?

Why won't Trump allow Pence, Mulvaney, Pompeo, and Perry to testify that he knew nothing of the Rudy's shakedown - showing him to be completely innocent?

Five days and no answer to either of these questions....Hmmmm....

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

@Yubaru Get it straight! The House will vote to impeach him or not! The senate has nothing to do about "impeaching" the president! Educate yourself to the process! As things are moving along, Trump WILL be impeached!

Your correct he will be Impeached in the House, but that doesn't mean a thing as it will not remove him from office, hence the lessons learned from Clinton and Nixon had he not resigned would have been kept in office. The Democrats made it a point from day 1 of his term and Pelosi's position affirmed to impeach him. However it is a waste of taxpayer funds and many "witch hunts that have lead to "yet again NOTHING". I stand firm to rather see a 5 yr Final budget vs ongoing resolutions that really makes it difficult for leaders to plan ahead.

So, who's right - Turley when he says the call was "far from perfect" or Trump when he says it was "perfect"?

I’m sure most of you have read this beauty of a tweet Pelosi should have written, but for those who haven’t::

"I moved on him like a bitch. I didn't even ask, I just started impeaching. And when you're the speaker of the house they just let you do it”

2 ( +3 / -1 )

arrestpaul, that is a harsh assessment. It is ultimately arguing one position.

Which I believe you can.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

@Joeblow

The precedent they're setting is that the opposition party will just impeach the sitting president from here on out because they're from the other party.

It makes our entire government look like a joke.

Very true and sad.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

This is relevant and interesting -

Nope.

The relevant and interesting thing is the obstruction, witness intimidation and desperate fumbling by spineless Republicans to save their master from the wheels of justice.

Not to mention the absolute corruption that is trying to be passed off as normal, like Mulvaney previously indicated and then backtracked on.

Oh yes, and Giuliani and his gangster mates.

lincolnman - even Fox News refers to Turley as the "lone Republican witness"...

Turley was the lone Republican witness. And Turley had to be approved by the Democrats before he could even be a witness. The Democrat's rules gave Democrats the final say as to which witnesses would be allowed to testify. The Republicans had to seek the Democrats permission to allow Turley to testify.

Jimizo - I’m sure most of you have read this beauty of a tweet Pelosi should have written,

"Should have written"? Seriously? Pelosi did not tweet that, but you would like to attribute it to her?

Serrano: History will record this impeachment circus as the most embarrassing chapter in American history.

Nah. History books aren't going to be filled with information about Hunter Biden and DNS hit squads killing Seth Rich. The record will show that the GOP elected a known scam artist who tried to benefit himself and was saved by a toxic base and spineless Republican Senators who hate their skewed version of the left's America so much they'd rather just burn the whole thing to the ground than continue on.

I'm sorry things didn't work out for you. I really am. But we aren't the people your side are making us out to be. You are wrong to think that that you might have to destroy the country to "save" it.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Typical Trumper - doesn't even know Turley was called by the REPUBs as their witness. And even as a REPUB witness, testified that Trump's call was "anything but perfect"....

And Turley, the smart and rational man he is and by means No Trump supporter warned Democrats that what they are doing is wrong, immoral and can come back to bite them and it’s looking more and more like that with each passing day.

-Turley

"If you make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to the courts, it is an abuse of power. It's your abuse of power You're doing precisely what you are accusing the President of doing. We have a third branch that deals with conflicts of the other two branches.

Their chickens are now coming home to roost.

Hypocrisy off the scale - how soon they forget "Lock Her Up".... And they ask for a crime and are given one - then come back the next day and ask for a crime again - dementia?

What crime?

Better get familiar with this one Trumpers, besides Trump, it's also one of the 8 charges Barr has Rudy under criminal investigation for...

Which will go nowhere, but all you libs said the same about the Mueller report and that it will end the Trump...yeah...lol

Nothing but weak, pathetic posts from the Trumpers today -

No, the liberals are just getting frustrated that this farce is now falling apart.

in fact there posts have become weaker over the past month as the evidence of Trump's criminal conduct becomes obvious.

Polls in key 2020 states show that support for impeaching President Trump is lower than in national impeachment polls, according to an analysis by the Washington Post.

Why it matters: The polls signal that pursuing impeachment could potentially hurt Democrats in states they need to carry to defeat Trump in his bid for a second term.

By the numbers: In a dozen October and November polls on impeachment in battleground states like Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Wisconsin, an average of 44% of those surveyed supported impeachment, with 51% opposed, according to the Post.

In averages of national polls, 47% of respondents said they support impeachment, while 43% said they oppose it.

After strongly opposing impeachment in the summer, national polls since the start of the House' public hearings have independent voters divided on the subject, with 42% in support and 44% opposed.

"and jeopardizing the integrity of our elections ."

Like Obama urging non-citizens to register (Democrat) and vote(felony)?

What crime?

Please don't be so disingenuous. Myself and many other posters have taken the time (on countless occasions) to furnish you with the evidence of Trump's many, many crimes going right back to the 70s.

You have been given citations, links, articles, words from his own mouth and footage from the news reports.

No, the liberals are just getting frustrated that this farce is now falling apart.

The fact that you see any and all opposition to Trump as "liberals" and must resort to feigning ignorance on his crimes, cover ups and conniptions is very telling.

Republicans who support Trump are the real anti-Americans in this whole sorry mess. They will whip themselves up in a frenzy with hysterical accusations of witch hunts, coups and suchlike - all the while sullying their country's reputation. And for what? To keep a corrupt, inept liar in the White House?

Criminal intent ,is the legal standard in impeachment of Trump

Yes, as I said, a REPUB WITNESS. You may want to direct your comments to your fellow Trumper below;

FizzBitToday  10:24 am JST

Dem witness George Washington University professor Jonathan Turley told House Democrats that by attempting such an ill-founded impeachment they are the ones abusing their power.

So Bass believes Turley.....

*Typical Trumper - doesn't even know Turley was called by the REPUBs as their witness. And even as a REPUB witness, testified that Trump's call was "anything but perfect"....*

So then who's right, Turley when he said the call was "far from perfect" or Trump when he says it was "perfect"?

Was Rudy acting on his own or was Trump directing him?

Why won't Trump allow Pence, Mulvaney, Pompeo, and Perry to testify that he knew nothing of the Rudy's shakedown - showing him to be completely innocent?

The Trumpers continue to be MIA ref these questions....wonder why?

 the president committed impeachable offenses

Professor Jonathan Turley debunked that.

Hardly crimes, a lot driven by politics, character assassinations in a very racially charged environment. Having spent a few summers as a child, the place in those days was a real crap hole and one of the most dangerous places to live.

You have been given citations, links, articles, words from his own mouth and footage from the news reports.

Yes and so many debunked, a lot of the accusations politically motivated.

The fact that you see any and all opposition to Trump as "liberals" and must resort to feigning ignorance on his crimes, cover ups and conniptions is very telling.

Republicans who support Trump are the real anti-Americans

Says the liberals foreign and domestic that want to turn the US into a socialist nanny state. No thank you!

in this whole sorry mess. They will whip themselves up in a frenzy with hysterical accusations of witch hunts, coups and suchlike - all the while sullying their country's reputation. And for what? To keep a corrupt, inept liar in the White House?

So you’re saying they should allow corrupt liberals to take the WH and run amok. They can’t even do their jobs well! They can’t govern California, NYC, Chicago, Detroit. Liberals are the keystone cops of Congress.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Hardly crimes, a lot driven by politics, character assassinations in a very racially charged environment. Having spent a few summers as a child, the place in those days was a real crap hole and one of the most dangerous places to live.

Crimes and racial hatred. Scam businesses, mob links, intimidation etc. And that was just the elite.

Yes and so many debunked, a lot of the accusations politically motivated.

Nope. Just because you tend to ignore the evidence does not mean they are debunked.

What crimes?

Pretending not to know is really unbecoming of an alleged journalist.

Says the liberals foreign and domestic that want to turn the US into a socialist nanny state. No thank you!

I'm not a liberal and your statement is confused and nonsensical.

So you’re saying they should allow corrupt liberals to take the WH and run amok.

So you're saying that the Nazis and foreign agents should remain in the WH and destroy America and her reputation?

-1 ( +3 / -4 )

*Yes, as I said, a REPUB WITNESS. *

Which crushed all the Hillary supporting law Professors in that room.

So Bass believes Turley.....

over 20 years. But I know liberals could care less about heeding his warning. Good luck to the,

So then who's right, Turley when he said the call was "far from perfect" or Trump when he says it was "perfect"?

He was right when he said: ****"If you make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to the courts, it is an abuse of power. It's your abuse of power You're doing precisely what you are accusing the President of doing. We have a third branch that deals with conflicts of the other two branches.

The call was wrong in a sense, but that being the underline reason for Impeaching the President? The impeachment is fallen along partisan lines, not one Republican is on board with this, some Dems are starting to get cold feet.

Was Rudy acting on his own or was Trump directing him?

Why won't Trump allow Pence, Mulvaney, Pompeo, and Perry to testify that he knew nothing of the Rudy's shakedown - showing him to be completely innocent?

Why do Democrats want to rush this and not take the time to go to court to get the witnesses they want....oh, it’s election season next month. Yeah, just let’s hurry this farce up before the Iowa caucus gets underway.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Crimes and racial hatred.

which so much was debunked and politically motivated.

Scam businesses, mob links, intimidation etc.

Ok, so like all the cops, politicians and business people, he is a typical New Yorker

Nope.

Ok, so nothing again and the Dems keep trying and continue to fail because there’s nothing.

Pretending not to know is really unbecoming of an alleged journalist.

But I do know, been and knowing NYC, have family there and from all my research, I see it differently, always admired the guy. Liberals always see things in Shades of gray.

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

which so much was debunked and politically motivated.

So much of it which was proven and not politically motivated, you mean.

Ok, so like all the cops, politicians and business people, he is a typical New Yorker

Nope.

What?

But I do know, been and knowing NYC, have family there and from all my research, I see it differently, always admired the guy. Liberals always see things in Shades of gray.

You're being dishonest again. You're on record dissing him more than once. ROTFL!

Liberals always see things in Shades of gray.

I'm not a liberal. Do you have memory issues on this, or are you just being rude for the sake of it?

0 ( +3 / -3 )

So much of it which was proven and not politically motivated, you mean.

Then he would have served time and if he were guilty, the doesn’t even have a criminal record.

You're being dishonest again.

Never, liberals keep trying.
