“Hate and fear are good for getting votes, but it’s not good for governing,” said Paul Eaves, a Minneapolis resident who regularly tends to artwork and flowers at the intersection that has become a memorial to Floyd.

Eaves, 72 and white, called the president a “vile politician."

Yeah, well, that's just, like, his opinion, man.

I'm going to call Eaves misinformed and duped by the media.

Floyd died after a white police officer pressed his knee into the handcuffed Black man's neck on May 25 during an arrest attempt that was captured on bystander video.

Ya'll conveniently left out that Floyd, a criminal, was high on drugs at the time and in fact having trouble breathing before he was put on the ground.

His death set off protests around the world, including some that became violent. Property damage in Minneapolis is estimated at roughly $100 million.

Yeah, that really honored Floyd's death. Great job, leftists, great job.

'Law and order' to Trump/Pence and others in the US far right means protect the 'establishment', the 'elite', especially those from the majority demographic.

'Law and order' is just another meme to be parroted by the far right, another dog-whistle to go along with 'protect the suburbs' and 'property values' and so many others.

Trump's trying to further stack the courts so his appointed, plus other far right judges will make rulings granting the 'elite' 'establishment' more rights while taking more rights away from the general population, especially rights for women and individuals NOT from the majority.

Trump's a banana republic despot openly saying 'for my friends everything, for my enemies the LAW'.

Law and order. You know who else relied heavily on this phrase? Adolph Hitler and Richard Nixon.

Ya’ll conveniently left out that his death was ruled a homicide and all involved police officers have been charged with murder.

I’d say that was a far more important detail.

The president who has declared that he will not leave the WH after his defeat is talking about 'Law & Order'.

Hypocrite much!!!

Not a surprise though he is getting the biggest underachievers in his underachieving administration to carry the message.

city of Floyd? thats an odd name for Minneapolis.

Well anything to get his name in the headline, I guess.

“Minneapolis” is mentioned in 10 times in the article. 10.

Why did they visit Minneapolis? Just a random pin on the map?

I guess Minneapolis is important because it was the first place to suffer from the derangement of the anarchist left and the Marxist mercies of BLM. It will take the city years, if not decades, to recover from the violence and destruction caused by the "mostly peaceful" protestors.

might as well rename it to Floyd, Minnesota. Well until after the trial when the truth comes out that an overdose on illegal drugs was the actual cause of death.

Then more riots and the town will be called Burned Down, Minnesota. I really feel for the people who have ties there that dont allow them to move to somewhere safe.

Well until after the trial when the truth comes out that an overdose on illegal drugs was the actual cause of death.

So, you do believe it is a cover up and not a murder. Quelle surprise!

What do you recommend, another autopsy? First 2 gave the wrong answer?

Well until after the trial when the truth comes out that an overdose on illegal drugs was the actual cause of death.

This won't happen, because the cause of death was a cop choking him to death. It was on video. You don't understand how drugs or lungs work.

The autopsy results will come out in the trial. the medical examiner seems to be hesitant to claim that a fatal level of drugs would cause a fatality, so the court will decide.

"If he were found dead at home alone and no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an OD. Deaths have been certified with levels of 3," Baker told investigators.

*In another new document, Baker said, "*That is a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances."

But then Baker added, "I am not saying this killed him."

"If the circumstances were completely different, I would come to a different conclusion" is not the silver bullet you seem to think it is.

https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/george-floyd/new-court-docs-say-george-floyd-had-fatal-level-of-fentanyl-in-his-system/

isnt this the exact opposite of the died with coronavirus not from coronavirus argument? As George also had corona, if you remember?

So he died "with" drugs in his system- thats been clearly determined. and also "with" corona but not "from" it. But everyone else who has corona died "from" it, not "with" it.

Dr. Stephen Nelson, chairman of Florida's medical examiners commission, who is not affiliated with the case, reviewed the new files and says that doesn't mean the drugs or health condition is what caused Floyd's death.

*"We've all had cases where those kinds of of levels come into play. You've got to look at the whole picture," Nelson said. "*It's one thing to die with something. It's another thing to die from something."

Read it again, especially the verdict.

This has nothing to do with coronavirus. Could you please concentrate on the matter at hand?

so a person with a fatal dosage of drugs in their system would have been just fine had they not been detained by the police?

he had 11 ng/mL of fentanyl in his system, fatalities have come from just 3. But sure, meanie Pence went to the "City of Floyd" to talk about law and order. bad Pence.

But then Baker added, "I am not saying this killed him."

Because he doesnt want BLM outside his house, obviously. He will leave the decision to the trial so that he will not be blamed/attacked. Why else can someone say he had a fatal amount in his system yet not say that fatal amount caused the fatality? FEAR.

A person who was choked to death by the police would not have died from asphyxiation if the police had not choked him to death.

A conspiracy within a conspiracy! Just how deep does this go? Is it China?
