Pence: Last one standing.

I do not see Trump having trouble at home. Look at the jobs and economy numbers, consumer confidence and deportations. they are all historically high.

the only "troubles" are the social issues like men wearing bras and peeing with girls, and people not allowed to use their free speech.

His approval ratings are historically low for an US President at this point of his Presidency

If he loses the independents votes, he won't have a 2nd term

Two to go.

Let me remind y'all: Republicans control both Houses of Congress, the Presidency and the Supreme Court. And haven't gotten anything done since the election.

And Bannon just left the White House. Bannon helped get Trump the White House. Bannon's got the brown shirts in his pocket. Now they are gonna be all luke-warm on Trump

The 'establishment' is just sticking with him until they get their tax cut. Trump, however, is dumb, and keeps making enemies out of allies. He attacks Sessions, McConnell, etc.

What a dumb jerk.

That's true with regard to legislative accomplishments. The party of No and the #Resistance have been effective. But given the new found pen and phone authority the president has a good deal of Obama's executive overreach has been rolled back. And Trump has done a bit of his own overreaching to boot. More importantly Clinton isn't doing any more damage to the country and there is the little thing about the Supreme Court justice. But yes - Trump is a jerk.

Pence has played the game cleverly so far because he probably knew he would end up as POTUS within a year of dodgy Don becoming president.

That may be true, but anyone who would be so eager to go down in history as the wing man for one of the worst presidents in history can't be that clever.

Trump fans might want to start puckering up to kiss some establishment butt.

Would you rephrase your post, please? It's meaning is not clear. Thanks.

Pence on message,

At this stage of the 2020 Presidential election,  Pence seems to be far ahead of any candidate the Democrat Party may select to run for POTUS.
