In a country like Peru, when there is a contest between Government and Big Business, the Government will always win. Unless the Big Business is able to influence the judges, of course.

Blaming it on the volcanic eruption ?
It was obvious a tsunami would be generated .
The 6000 barrels of oil should not have been unloading at the time !
Its a irresponsible carelessness and the environment will suffer greatly because of it !
