Well, when the last surviving Apartheid regime becomes a democracy, the precedent for how to handle Netanyahu has been set.
Mr Kipling
Show the lack of democracy in the Philippines when the Marcos mafia clan can send the ex president to an overseas court to silence him. Maybe Marcos should send himself until his family returns the billions they stole from the people.

Well said Richard!

“Other leaders facing ICC arrest warrants, like (Russian President) Vladimir Putin and (Israeli Prime Minister) Benjamin Netanyahu, should take note that even those who seem untouchable today can end up in The Hague.”
Certainly hope so.

This is the ICC vs the hero of the majority of Filipinos.
Their kidnapping of Duterte is a sign of their desperation to remain relevant.
The ICC is nonexistent to Trump, Putin and Netanyahu .
So they arrested an 80 year old sickly person without even following the rule of law by not permitting him to go to a sovereign Republic of the Philippines Court which is open and functioning.
