Two steps forward and one step back would appear to be a victory for China.

I'll believe it when the resupplies go forward without further barbarism from the China pirates.

if Manila agreed not to bring construction materials to fortify the crumbling ship, and to give China advance notice and the right to inspect the ships for those materials, the officials said.

Well either of those provisions are nonstarters. Hopefully the Philippines made China back down on those.

Bong Bong Marcos blinked.

Considering that "Neither side has yet released the text of the agreement" I don't see how you can make that claim. Sounds like CCP cheerleading to me.

And the part that reads "The Philippines rejected those conditions, and the final deal did not include them, according to the Philippine official" doesn't sound like Marcos blinking to me, if it's indeed true.

No, we're angry because China continues to violate international law, attack people, and steal things.

It's unlikely we will see the complete text. Why exactly would something like this get published? All I know is that there have been no resupply missions since the day the PH sailors surrenders to the Chinese Coast Guard.

Bong Bong Marcos blinked.

We will wait to see the complete text to make that determination.

It's unlikely we will see the complete text.

Because China blinked.
