There should be Miss World and Miss Universe for petite girls and also for Not so beauty girls.

So only beauty, tall and slim are talented and have brains? You see them from far and on screen, Most are like Wow, so hot but nearby, you see it yourself, then you're again like Wow, but this time it's a different Wow, an unsatisfying Wow.

Miss USA, from Papillion, Nebraska, showed that she has a small world-view common from people who lived their lives in towns with very few people from diverse backgrounds. She's from middle-America were you don't usually know anyone from a different country. According to the US Census, 3.5% of the people in that city are foreign born. https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/papillioncitynebraska,ne She grew up in a mostly white, English-speaking city, in a mostly white, English-speaking state.

She said something dumb, like most young people do.

My Nebraska high school required 3 yrs (6 semesters) of foreign language study to graduate. I lived near Papillion, in the same county.

And how many languages does Miss USA speak, may I ask? I hear Miss Vietnam speaks two languages, so English would be the third language she's learning. And Miss Australia can't even speak Chinese, her father's language. I'm not criticizing anyone, but I hate bullies and racists.

Not all women look like sex objects in swimsuits. Some would put you off sex for life.

Same goes for pot-bellied, lardarse men in speedos.

Nothing wrong with flaunting what you’ve got.

The moment you take a smart, accomplished woman and put her on stage in a swimsuit, she becomes just another sex object.

And let's assume for a moment that none of these women are particularly smart or accomplished. What then? Should women no longer be free to participate in a beauty pageant or earn a living from their visual appeal just because of your puritanical disapproval?

Miss Universe pageant is bucking feminist pressure to do away with beauty pageants and keep celebrating the golden ratio.

I think that lava color dress is beautiful, as is she.

She has a black belt in the martial art of Choi Kwang Do too.

This is a beauty contest. If you're not beautiful it doesn't matter how hard you work, you're not going to win.

Beauty is only skin deep.

Miss USA demonstrated that the other day.

Miss Philippines has shown to the world that women in our country have the ability to turn dreams into reality through passion, diligence, determination and hard work.

This is a beauty contest. If you're not beautiful it doesn't matter how hard you work, you're not going to win.

Asked what she thought about legalizing marijuana, Gray said: "I'm for it being used for medical use, but not so for recreational use. Because I think if people will argue, then what about alcohol and cigarettes?

Clearly this is a beauty pageant, not about reasoned arguments.
