PM Ardern apologizes to family of British tourist killed in New Zealand

Good on her. Tourism is important industry.

New Zealand. A counrty with a heart.

With a human Prime Minister too, it would seem.

The prime minister did a very Noble thing. No country can guarantee everyone's safety.

Nice I guess.  but a bit odd also.  does she also do this for every Kiwi family who suffers a loss like this?  35 murders so far in NZ in 2018.  Very very low, but I don't recall her apologizing in public to anyone about them......

New Zealand is doing pretty well, and can improve.

Maybe it's social media that has shown NZ's national sense of grief. and shame but hopefully Grace's death becomes a catalyst for change. RIP young lass.
