Police identify gunman in deadly Saipan rampage

Betchabygollywow.....everybody in the world is either stabbing each other to death or gunning each other to death. What people will do to people is simply disgusting!!! Wel, I I betta get my samurai sword, my glocks and AK47, to protect myself. Imminent Peril.

Having lived and worked on Saipan for a few years, my guess is that Li was probably ripped off by his employer, like most from China are there. But this doesn't mean he that he had to do this terrible thing.
