Clearly an illegal film shoot by a non-professional film company.

I've worked in film and know that if you film in a city or town you need permission and have to let law enforcement know about it, ESPECIALLY if it involves scenes like this (and you usually have to pay to have some sort of official presence in this kind of situation). The guy's lucky they didn't fire into him a few dozen times when he turned towards them.

They don't use blanks They. Use noise makers Ad there are qipment on moving stands. lighting on ceiling. Then there are producers,, directors,, and many workers. Trigger happy cops were unexpected.

Jesus, that film company would have faced one hell of a lawsuit if that actor got hit or was killed
