Pompeo meets U.S. troops in Saudi visit focused on Iran

How does that square with Trump followers saying he's reducing US presence in the ME and bringing US troops 'home'. NB in Trump-speak 'home' probably is a term that no longer means 'the place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household.' Now it seems to refer to another of the US military's 800 or so overseas (i.e. outside one of the 50 US states) bases.
