Levy will have a case for wrongful imprisonment and the FTC needs to be called in to file suit against NYC Police department.

Seems a phone call to the police who did the testing in VT would have cleared this up during the stop.

Police don't arrest someone with an alcohol breath test below the legal limits who passes a field sobriety test. How is this different? Their testing equipment isn't sensitive enough to tell legal from illegal.
