He's not on the civil list. He receives £249,000 from the queen. He also receives a navy pension.

This money comes from the income the Queen receives from her property portfolio The Duchy of Lancaster and amounts to around £249,000 a year.

He receives money from the taxpayer to run his office and pay for his staff, as they are there to manage his 'official duties'. This should stop, immediately. He also costs UK residents at least half a million a year for Royal Protection Officers and security, not to mention the costs of his numerous travelling expenses. This shold stop too, now he is pretending to be a private citizen.

He's got his pension, but he also lives off his very rich mum - that should be enough. No money from the UK taxpayer in any form.

Hmm... with all those 16 year-olds?

Good point. Place him in the Tower and let him contemplate his wickedness.

A total disgrace!!!

He was friends with Epstein even after he was convicted for underage sex.

Rather than jaunting around the world on public money, he should be spending time behind bars.

His nickname aint Randy Andy for no reason.

The problem is not his "association/links/history/relationship with Epstein", it's for having sex with under-aged girls.

Epstein’s alleged suicide has indeed "left many unanswered questions". So why don't the authorities go after Epstein's partner Ghislaine Maxwell, who BTW was also in the infamous picture of Randy Andy.

Maybe he can get a job in Pizza Express?

Had Prince Andrew been a smart individual he would not be in this mess, of course, he isn’t.

Better to seek early retirement from the firm...

It's not from royal duties that he should be kept away ...

The announcement that he was leaving his public role, at least for a time, recalled memories of the historic decision by King Edward VIII to abdicate in 1936 so that he could marry Wallis Simpson, an American divorcee.

Ah, yes, the Nazi sympathizers. And now Andy, with his weapons trade interests, his alleged involvement with a sex offender and alleged use of the "N word".

That's some family.

This is a good time for Prince Andrew to crawl under a rock for the next hundred years.

Man who has never had to work, retires.

Prince Andrew announced Wednesday that he will step back from public duties because of his association with a notorious American sex offender.

He should step back from his stipend too.

He should be removed from the Civil List.
