Only statues Black people should concentrate on is Federal Civil Rights Conspiracies Laws Statues that hold racist criminally and civility accountable

Progressive cities should immediately get rid of the statutes of white men - regardless of what they did in their lifetimes, defund police (or at least fire all white police), legalize most of the things currently considered crimes including all drugs, and drunk driving, Anything to end the rioting, deaths, injuries and property damage. They must do something to end the legacy of racial targeting of black citizens.

Hear! Hear!

Mayor Jim Kenney condemned the “groups of armed individuals ‘protecting’” the statue in a Twitter post on Sunday.

If people don’t take a stand against wanton minority vandalism then it’ll be their homes and offices that are next.

Looting from stores has been rampant, what is next?

Well, that's about where they are heading: anarchy and lawless society where people can do ANYTHING they want to do, INCLUDING drug and alcohol abuse, drunk driving, rioting, vandalizing, assault, murder, etc.

Since these crimes are committed by a higher percentage of blacks than other ethnic race, these crimes will be considered "racist" and the crime laws decriminalized. That way black people can't be arrested and punished for violating those laws....now decriminalized.

And since there aren't any crimes, there won't be any need for police and law enforcement and they can be abolished altogether.

By the way, having an ALL Black police force won't be any better than a White police force. BLM NY chapter leader Hawk Newsome stated, "When black people become police officers, they are no longer black."

Racism will not end. If a person assaults another person or vandalizes his/her property simply because they don't like the their facial features, skin, hair colour, or political beliefs, etc., you can't arrest the "racist" because he didn't commit any crimes (remember you just decriminalized everything and abolished the police). The "racist" freely goes about doing what he wants to do.

All these racial discrimination and brutality against black people proves one thing: You have to have complete separation of blacks from whites. This is something Malcolm X advocated and proposed a Black Nation in the south or southwestern United States, governed by Blacks and for Blacks.

That is the only way to end the legacy racial targeting and brutaiizing of black citizens.

Black people should move too the next faze of liberation, personally I cannot do anything legally to a White racist, that did not violate my rights, only against White racist that violated my right, Black people getting arrested and assaulted by police are now countered productive, moving into court sanctions remedies against lots of racist White is their worst fear

OK. Protect your store and home. They are armed and ready to kill people just to protect a damn statue! C'mon!!

I am starting to have a problem with calling these rallies a "protest" when they involve arson, property damage and violence against police and innocent bystanders. BLM is turning from a call to equal civil rights and anti-racism to an excuse for violence and ridiculous phantasies such as "defund the police".

Said it before, will say it again, the US could well erupt into internal conflict, & China thinks IT has to worry about its own people rebelling against its govt...…..well so does the US.

Racial tension is just in the AIR in the US, every time I visit there I can FEEL it as soon as I touch down at the first airport, ITS THERE, you can just feel & see it rather quickly...…….so sad & so unnecessary!

And with all the guns laying around...….what could possibly happen,...….mayhem THATS what!

The US can & must do better!

Taking and trying to fire a taser at the policeman chasing you is never a smart move but surely the policeman could have just shot him in the leg. Though when Brooks was down, would the policeman have knelt on his neck unnecessarily?

Serve the community, be part of the community. A uniform does not make you the enemy, Talking, listening is a far more constructive than kneeling on someone's neck for 8 min, shooting a sleeping person, its not them and us it's together.

He also said that it doesn't mean killing people or blowing up buildings. 'We have to use our heads'.

Fall asleep in your car whilst drunk, assault and take a prohibited weapon from a police officer.

Then use that stolen weapon against the aforesaid police officer.

Not worth catching a bullet but not something I have ever done and if I did then I might expect the same...

Most countries have some form of internal conflict as that is the nature of humans. Even a basically homogenous country like Japan has had its Warring States period and the unrest that followed the taking and building up of land for Narita Airport. There is strife all over the world and people are going to not agree on many things. Just have to wait and see where all this leads.

Serendipidous' sorry but there is no such thing as "shoot to wound". First of all, handguns aren't that accurate. Especially at night, when the target is moving. Training is to shoot at the center of mass.

Chris Rock said it best more than 10 years ago- "don't run from the police. If they have to chase you, they are bringing an azz whippin' with them". Or in this case, don't steal a weapon from the police and expect to just be let go with it.
