Another nutjob Trump cultist falls foul of the law. These people ooze criminality.
I wonder if Trump will pardon him.

The pro-Trump, fascist, lawless, domestic terrorists...coming to a street corner near you...
All at the encouragement of our soon to be ex-President...
Both showing their utter disdain and hate for the rule of law and democracy...

He's certainly not going to criticise him, and neither are his online fans. I'm sure they'll be along at some point to try to change the topic to all those horrible Bolshevik antifa and BLM people, and all the nasty Marxist/anarchist stuff they get up to, instead of accepting any wrongdoing on their side.

In 2004, when he was 20 years old, Tarrio was convicted of theft. He was sentenced to three years of probation, community service, and ordered to pay restitution.[2] In 2013, Tarrio was sentenced to 30 months (of which he spent 16) in federal prison for rebranding and reselling stolen medical devices

Trump is enjoying losing so much that he has now pinned his last glimmer of hope on a small bunch of untrained troublemakers who attack churches causing bother on his behalf whilst he warms up his last government paid plane ride for a holiday in Scotland in midwinter.
And this lunacy all seems so normal these days.

They're standing by and standing ready.

It's amazing how many here are suckered into taking sides. Criminal behavior should be punished no matter who the perpetrators are. Or are there good criminals and bad criminals?
Strangerland
Civil disobedience can be both a crime, and the mark of a healthy society.
For example, it used to be illegal to marry someone of a different race in America. People who married those of a different race were criminals. Good criminals.
joey stalin
So, you consider arson and looting during the 'mostly peaceful' riots to be legitimate civil disobedience? And why do you think BLM and Antifa receive billions in funding from oligarchs? To divide the country while the oligarchs loot the treasury. Wake up!
Strangerland
Stupidity travels in packs.

Civil disobedience vs Criminal actions
Break the law and accept the punishment, just be aware...
Strangerland
Where is the line between civil disobeidence and crime?
Strangerland
I think people who stated they are antifa probably did do some damage.
Membership of Antifa consists of a person saying they are a member of antifa. There is no organization or qualification. All the right-wingers who called themselves antifa while looting and burning most definitely should be punished.

Funding
According to The Economist, between May 2020 and December 2020, donations to Black Lives Matter related causes amounted to 10.6 billion dollars.[52] "Six months after mass protests began, what is the future of BLM?". The Economist. Retrieved December 18, 2020.(pay-walled)

10.6 billion dollars in 6 months? Must be nickel and dime donations from the Bernie Brothers/sarc.
Strangerland
Hmm, doesn't seem to support your assertion, so I'm not sure why you're putting that forward in response to me.
In fact, reading this statement:
... it would appear that your proof of this oligarchy funding appears to be that you think it happened.
joey stalin
What evidence can you provide that 'right-wingers who called themselves antifa' were the main cause of the looting and burning?

A pro-Trump rally in December ended in violence as hundreds of Trump supporters, some wearing the signature black and yellow of the Proud Boys, sought out confrontations with a collective of activists and counterprotesters attempting to bar them from Black Lives Matter Plaza, an area near the White House. By nightfall, vandals tore down a Black Lives Matter banner and sign from two historic Black churches in downtown Washington and set the banner ablaze.
Nice and balanced. Think there was a desire to make trouble on both sides.
Also, he burned a banner - how many arrests and prosecutions were there of those who burned down businesses and government buildings and so on?
guess it was only a matter of time that this was going to happen. His dumb drinking and men's club had become too high profile and law enforcement must have been itching to take him down and show they are "even handed" in enforcing the law......

I think the main point here is that someone is under arrest for pulling down a banner from a church and setting fire to it.
ArtistAtLarge
A simple google shows that many BLM protestors were arrested. And why.
Another search shows that many agent provocateurs where causing the fires and assaults.
Another search shows that 98% of the BLM protests were peaceful.
But I can see how far right wing protests and violence is support of a politician who did not win re-election are the totalitarian oppression of being forced to wear a mask during a deadly pandemic and promote genocide and oppresion of minorities is exactly like people daily being denied due process, beaten without cause and outright executed in the streets.
Oh wait, no it isn't.
ArtistAtLarge
Dang it I wish we had an edit option.

Strangerland
What evidence can you provide to prove it was anyone on either side?
Strangerland
I don't go to links when people lack the intelligence to summarize what I'll find on them.
I mean, if you're too much a lazy ass to even copy/paste a quote, why would I waste my time trying to fact check an argument for which you can't even provide any facts?
That would just be silly.
Strangerland
Really? I'm skeptical.
ArtistAtLarge
Google, "BLM protestors arrested". Nice breakdown and detailed reports by many reputable news agencies. Plus some very interesting related reports.
Far too many to list.
Most of the arrests amount to trumped up charges against the protestors. Some were legit. Most were not.
Also action by rights wing groups at the protests.
It's all quite messy and requires time to sort.
bass4funk
How is it that a so called organization like BLM make billions, I really want to know that and where did all that money go or does anyone really care?
joey stalin
The link shows a list of 269 corporations that support/fund BLM/Antifa. And 10.6 billion dollars in contributions to BLM in 6 months can only come, almost exclusively, from oligarchs and their corporations.
ArtistAtLarge
Then I can't help you strangerland. If the search string doesn't return results, I have no idea why.
Yes, I am well aware of geofencing and tracking.
Here are some links from my results. Just a small sample and why I can't list them all. The comment box would hit its limit.

Well the FBI have previously stated that the local right wing militia nut jobs are more dangerous to the country than any terrorist organisation currently.
