I wonder how many people will simply download his autobiography for free once it becomes available on the internet?

I have no interest in his life at all. But I sure look forward to news that he doesn't live such a private life anymore in the spirit of openness.

I wonder if he would live long enough to finish his book.

Well, now he'll have his own direct funding to continue what he does best.

And yet you comment on him on every thread he appears... NUMEROUS times!

"WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says he’s being forced into penning an autobiography to keep his organization from going under."

Smooth. This Assange guy is good. Unfortunately for him, I suspect Sweden will demand all profits he makes be paid as comp to the women he molested.

It had to happen sooner or later: the other staff of Wikileaks decided that Assange is an insufferable publicity whore and have left him to form Openleaks. You can support what Wikileaks used to stand for, without the dramatics from the circus known as Julian, by visiting the Openleaks website instead. Go Openleaks Go!

I wonder who really cares about him?

What exactly makes this "smooth"?

I tell ya Smith he's almost as habit forming as G.W. Bush.

He is the new version of Bush. Say one thing, do another, then give your mindless followers enough "I believe in Freedom" bumper stickers to distract them from what you really are.

He is the new Geek James Bond. Great on a computer but women will always be his downfall. -The "tragic geek heroine."

CyberWar On: and people need to keep posting the delicious morsels of information the the fear monger Govts want to keep private. =We need to opensorce Gov and the internet(s)

Hard to put 251,000 docs in a book, so I will wait for Blu-Ray DVD version.

One of Assange's Likiweaks partners, the Holocaust denier "Israel Shamir", conned him into providing Shamir (not his real name) with cables about the democracy movement in Belarus. Shamir handed these over to the ruling gov there (a dictatorship) and now, if Guardian newspaper reports are to be believed,as many as 600 pro-democracy figures have been detained, the whereabouts of some of the most prominent opponents of the dictator Lukashanko are unknown. Will brave Julian Assange have this in his book?
