MarkG, recently Putin has been correct, not that his own record is any shining example.

It is not the general practice of people who speak on behalf of their governments to tell the truth.

"Speaking to his human rights council" that alone made me laugh out loud.

In fact, Kerry said that he didn't believe that A.Q. Represented a majority of the opposition.

P.S. For a man pushing homophobia for political ends, riding shirtless is kind of gay. Something you'd like to get off your chest???

What is Russia doing to seek the truth behind the chemical attack? They also have intelligence forces embedded/in bed with Assad! Why they seem to know nothing?

2 ( +2 / -0 )

he is lying and he knows that he is lying

Lets face it, when they need to justify war, it wouldn't be the first time.

Serrano, surely you know something we common folk don't, since you're 100% confident that the Syrian government were behind the chemical attacks. Care to elaborate? Thanks

As I said before, the US needs to let Assad and the "rebels" (aka Islamic terrorist groups) have a field day. Let the ME clean up their own damned mess. Yes the chem weapons are bad, but obviously they'll have to deal with the aftermath of their own destruction no matter who launched them.

Does anyone listen to Putin?

"Speaking to his human rights council, Putin..."

Didn't any members of this council have anything to say about the chemical weapons attacks by Assad's forces?

Trust the words of the scumbag Putin supporting his fellow scumbag Assad or take the word of a US government gearing up for war. Dunno, toss a coin?

That's not a coin I'd ever wanna toss. Both sides are professional liars.

What is Russia doing to seek the truth behind the chemical attack?

But the samples taken at the site of the March 19 attack and analyzed by Russian experts indicate that a projectile carrying the deadly nerve agent sarin was most likely fired at Khan al-Assal by the rebels, the ministry statement suggests, outlining the 100-page report handed over to the UN by Russia.

recently Putin has been correct

writes Jean

Which is negated by the fact Putin supports a ruthless dictator who thinks nothing of killing civilians.

Putin thinks it sad Kerry is lying. Does he [Putin] actually know what is sad in the Syrian conflict? How about the loss of life, the millions of refugees, the destruction, the unfairness, all the people who will never be able to rebuild their lives. Please, Mr. Putin, make your sadness known to the world, but not about Kerry's lies.

I could tell the politician was lying. His lips were moving....

Is that too cynical?

Even if Putin is correct he'd still lie when the truth would do...I imagine Obama is pretty much the same any more.

Put calling the kerry black?

Putin may be on to something! Poor Kerry and that face, like Frankenstein!

Retired US General Wesley Clark has already stated that he was informed in 2007 that the US intended to attack Syria, amongst other targets in the region. This is just theatre, buy Halliburton shares if you want to make a buck.

Kerry should call Putin a shrimp.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Who speaks for the dead? The hundreds of thousands of innocents killed by the USA in its wars.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Al-Quaeda!

Boy, did the US ever back the wrong horse!

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

And delivered by an upstanding global leader I suppose mr. Putin? Sir, look in your mirror first.

Trust the words of the scumbag Putin supporting his fellow scumbag Assad or take the word of a US government gearing up for war. Dunno, toss a coin?
