Now that they’ve expended and separated their conscript cannon-fodder, bring on the “volunteers.”

Seems like a lot more Russians are going to need to die before mini-me learns his lesson.

Putin short on troops.

So, now those who used to live in a united, peaceful, democratic Ukraine and oppose the Kiev regime because of its association with people like Rota's guest are going to be designated 'mercenaries' because their military liason is a FORMER commander of quasimercanaries.

Nearly 40 years after Winston Smith's fictional soul breaking, why the book never states WHEN the system that crushed him ended is still very clear.

In remarks released Friday by the Kremlin, Putin told Andrei Troshev that his task is to “deal with forming volunteer units that could perform various combat tasks, primarily in the zone of the special military operation” — a term Moscow uses for its war in Ukraine.

Putin and Prigozhin were BFFs - what guarantees does Putin have that this new Wagner leader won't turn on him and launch a coup?'

The June 23-24 rebellion aimed to oust the Russian Defense Ministry’s leadership that Prigozhin blamed for mishandling the war in Ukraine and trying to place Wagner under its control. His mercenaries took over Russia’s southern military headquarters in Rostov-on-Don and then rolled toward Moscow before abruptly turning back.

Interesting - so Prigozhin captured and occupied Russia's military HQs in Rostov-on-Don and the Ukrainians put a huge hole in the side of the submarine Rostov-on-Don....

Couldn't ask for two more clear examples of Putin losing his 5-day Special Military Operation - on Day #584....

The easterners were afraid of a 98 year old man? No wonder they needed Russia to fight their civil war for them.

Not much is closer to 1984 than Russia's War is Peace state.

In the photo Russian it has General and Deputy Defense Minister Yunus-Bek Yevkurov sitting to Putin's left. He was filmed at the Rostov-on-Don HQ during the "mutiny" trying to talk Prigozhin into his mind.

Speculation was rife in the western media that he was purged KGB-style like Surovikin.

Not so. Always loyal to Russia.

After the horrific losses Ukraine has endured since the start of the "summer offensive," is Russia planning their own offensive against a force bled dry?

Maybe they’ll be using their Cubans.
