6 European countries host US nuclear warheads, as well as japan on the other side. It would be pretty stupid for Russia to not to host them in Belarus, maybe Serbia too.

How, exactly, is the west aggressive?

Do they enter Russia and poison citizens?

Do they invade Russia or states close to Russia?

Belarus AND Ukraine both gave up all their nuclear weapons to Russia when they left the USSR. It was their choice to de-nuclearize. What the last 5 months has taught us? Ukraine should have kept a few nukes to deter Russian aggression in 2022 and in 2014.

If the west wanted to invade Ukraine or Belarus or Russia, they would have done it when the USSR fell. There's no interest, so Putin's entire premise is false. The west just wants the people in countries to self-determine their political system and have fair elections.

Japan doesn't host US nuclear anything since 1972.

Japan’s “three non-nuclear principles” which promise not to process, produce, or permit the introduction of nuclear weapons into Japan. The Diet formally adopted these principles through a resolution in 1971.

More over-the-top, empty chest thumping by the Russians - it's really getting comical...

I guess they have to resort to verbal hyperbole since their Generals are all dead, their troops mutinying, their tanks empty shells with no turrets, and their proud flagship Moskva rusting at the bottom of the Red Sea...

In reality, the Russian leadership and military are crushed - they realize they can't even defeat a third rate power like Ukraine that has their own Russian-made equipment. They now recognize that NATO would absolutely pulverize them...

So we get empty threats and bombast...

Lukashenko is a Putin puppet. In effect, Putin is giving nukes to himself.

There is always a possibility that the Ukrainian war may flare up into a global war from the limited local conflict as it is now. If the one side is cornered, it will be tempted to use forbidden weaponry, for sure. The U.S. has provided Ukraine with state-or-the-art missiles such as FGM-148 "Javelins" and FIM-92 "Stingers".

If it suffers a large loss as the result, the Russian side will certainly use forbidden weapons to counter it, maybe, nuclear arsenals ultimately as Putin had earlier suggested. Will the U.S. sit still, doing nothing about it?

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Yuriyovych Reznikov posted on his twitter that Ukraine had just received HIMARS rockets from the U.S. government.

We will see how it will turn the situation in Ukraine's favor. But then, what will happen after that?
