Rain also washes the ashes away.. which hinders the identification of bodies.. as crass as this sounds.

The rainfall, if heavy, might trigger mudslides and more troubles for those people.
Thanksgiving coming soon. We should be helping these displaced American Citizens who’ve lost their homes and loved ones. Still hundreds missing too.
