I'd have to say the real winners of this lottery were the lottery organizers themselves. I read that Americans spend at least $1.5 billion dollars at a chance to win a $640 million dollar jackpot.

Nah, U.S. payout is usually about 60%, though still much lower than typical casino slot machines that could payout up to 90%.

Yeah. Wise advise Honest, but most people who I have come into contact with that win large sums tend to spunk the lot in an amazingly short space of time.
