There is no excuse for a lack of self control. By the time someone is a teenager they know sexual assault is not only wrong but a criminal offense. I knew "16 will get you 20" well before I was even 16 myself so there are no excuses. Women should never be denied opportunities because some men are barbaric and have no respect for others. Punish the men and leave the women alone to succeed.

The only way to prevent problems is constantly supervising all military men and women 24/7. That can only happen if you make them wear body cams from the day they sign-up until discharge.
