“Are you an adult or not?”

Adults in Florida cannot buy alcohol until age 21. Why? Because 18-year-olds lack the mental maturity to handle the dangers of drinking.

Same goes for gun ownership. As Trump likes to say, it's just common sense.

Ah yes, because that's what America definitely needs: younger people with guns!

Well, I guess what Trump said about DeSantis and Florida is true...

“The real DeSantis record is one of misery and despair,” Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung said in a statement. “He has left a wake of destruction all across Florida and people are hurting because he has spent more time playing public relations games instead of actually doing the hard-work needed to improve the lives of the people he represents. The state of Florida is among the the worst states to live, to work, to raise a family, to retire."

Ah the pre-election Trump/DeSantis divisiveness narrative from almost a year ago.

It served its failed purpose long ago and is now deceased until resurrected here.

Buy a gun at 18. But not a beer until 20.

There is no purpose or reason for a teenager to be allowed to buy a gun. None whatsoever. Allowing this to happen will take any responsibility from the parents. As of now, only the parents can buy guns for their children. If children themselves are allowed to buy a gun, and they use it in a shooting, the parents can simply shirk responsibility and place blame solely on their child, when the parents should also be held liable for not doing a good job of raising their child responsibly.

Hey, your guy said it - and you've said multiple times "Trump never lies"....

So must be true, right?
