Preventative care is an overall "good" for society.

I would be against any irreversible procedures performed on any minor, but at age 18 (19 it at least 1 state), when someone is an adult, let them decide for themselves.

Any hospital getting any federal or state funding shouldn't be allowed to have discriminatory policies against legal procedures. If they get govt funding, we should be able to get an abortion there, period.

His (her) (which is correct, I don't know) had his/her healthy genitals surgically removed at the age of 16.

The surgery is basically irreversible and he/she is likely to be infertile for life.

Is 13 old enough to make that decision?

If they feel like the opposite gender why are you denying them access to healthcare?
