When the Dems lose massively in November they really need to understand why. Going after the man is not a distraction that will politically help the Democrats.

The D.C. Bar temporarily suspended him last July although the practical implication of that action is questionable, given that Giuliani’s law license in Washington has been inactive since 2002.

Giuliani is facing ethics charges because he took part in a lawsuit that had no facts underpinning it. Giuliani admitted to this himself. He seems to have forgotten that he is a lawyer and that spouting off on Fox is different than spouting off in a court of law.

There's no question that he lied and needs to be disbarred.

This shouldn't be a story. It should be a footnote once it happens.

For those on the opposing side, they should remember that they will become revenge focus, and won't get any sympathy.
