Russia, China and their allies will eventually rule the world, especially with a weak American president and upcoming one...

What ever you’re taking, be a good lad and share it.

Gambare:

Kick Mongolia out of the ICC

And kick USA out of the ICC because it is funding a genocide in Gaza.

Oh wait, USA is not a state party to the Rome Statute.

2 ( +13 / -11 )

Still no arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant from the ICC, despite the prosecutor Karim Khan requesting the warrants for crimes against humanity and war crimes back in May?

Ah yes, the Gaza and West Bank genocide is being armed, funded and supported by the US government and taxpayers, and Netanyahu was enthusiastically received in Washington when he addressed the Congress in July.

@Taiwan

Countries giving thumbs up to Putin are already happy seeing Ukraine being bombed

.

Not according to my Mongolian acquaintances, they aren’t.

Power means never having to say you're sorry and laws made by and for the powerful are meant to be obeyed only by the powerless. History is proof that the world has always been a lawless jungle ruled by apex predator "politicians". The ICJ and ICC are toothless bodies when they are not serving as tools for those who wield power over those without the means of self-defense. Putin, Biden, Netanyahu and their ilk lose no sleep over fear of arrest.

"Putin arrives in Mongolia despite ICC arrest warrant.'

Mongolia is a Sovereign State!

1 ( +8 / -7 )

The "Pax Mongolica" is replete with egalitarian ways of making, living, and moving. Mongolia's Genghis Khan was a tall leader in the exciting history of the land-locked nation. The ruler in his magnanimity and generosity set up an institution that ensured complete religious freedom to the countries that came under the benign rule of the Mongols. Under Genghis Khan's administration, all religious leaders were exempt from taxation and from public service.

Kamala Harris visited Mongolia to try to discuss mining and deepen strategic ties. Mongolia basically told the US no, we’re not a pawn you can use against China and Russia.

0 ( +7 / -7 )

The ICC is a hypocritical joke.

0 ( +12 / -12 )

Eh hard to blame Mongolia when they share a border and only a fraction of the population despite its size. It’s easy for countries not in the immediate wrath zone of others to criticize.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

Boy, it’d be a real shame if UA special services got to him on his trip…..

Fihto. .Add Mongolia to Belarus to the list of pariah puppet nations of Fascist Russia.

Kick Mongolia out of the ICC. Their signature is as worthless as their currency.

you should be removed from the forum altogether for inciting hatred and provocation. your country no longer exists. Therefore, sit quietly and live calmly

Yeah, they also slaughtered all who did not send tribute. Again the parallels with Russia are clear.

As the White Bloc list of 'pariah states' keeps slowly growing, the list of the states that care about what the White Bloc thinks of them has become the majority of the world (including the majority of the people who think they live in a democracy).

I think you stated it correctly that the list of states who care about what the OECD thinks of them is the majority of the world.

Geez hypocrisy much? Putin deports children from orphanages to allow them to be adopted hopefully to loving familes ..war crimes??...Netanyahu slaughters 10000 children and he is still awaiting his arrest warrants to be issued! Guess it depends which team you are on not really the crime committed....

-1 ( +14 / -15 )

Crazy to see all the russian bots coming out to comment here.

Well, for some of them it's literally a paid gig.

For others...well, they probably don't have much else to do except drink cheap vodka and wonder why their economy is in the toilet. And why the guys they knew from school keep getting signed up and sent off to be liquidised by drones.

-1 ( +10 / -11 )

Well, he has people from other countries looking to use him. I guess some friends are like that.

Putin HAVE friends,Russia have friends so dont need to look for one.that say a lot on your "russian knowledge"...

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Mongolia is justifiably nervous. They're probably a bit nervous about giving Russia an excuse to do a Ukraine on them.

-2 ( +12 / -14 )

On Monday it accused Mongolia of "sharing responsibility" for Putin's "war crimes" after authorities did not detain him at the airport.

.

How far fetched and ludicrous is that?

> Ukrainian foreign ministry spokesman Georgiy Tykhyi called Mongolia's failure to arrest Putin a "heavy blow" to the ICC's legitimacy and said Kyiv would pressure for the country to be punished…

How to win friends and influence them-punishment is the Ukrainian way, is it?

Maybe the Ukrainians would like to see Mongolia bombed?

-2 ( +11 / -13 )

In the modern world all international organizations are morally corrupt due to the blatant absence of impartiality and being controlled over by the limited set of countries.

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

Why are you writing all sorts of things here, go and try to arrest a person of this level. Are you even out of your mind? Victimized commentators

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

Good to see Vlad shoring up his support with the world's ethical beacons.

I propose that once Ukraine sees the Russians off, there should be a very public list of countries that sided with Russia, and they should be - for example - refused all aid in cases of humanitarian disasters.

The International Cangaroo Court?

putin is really needs to find "friends", that say a lot on russia economie.

Putin HAVE friends,Russia have friends so dont need to look for one.that say a lot on your "russian knowledge"...

He meant friends beyond the army, the navy, and the air force.

-3 ( +4 / -7 )

History is proof that the world has always been a lawless jungle ruled by apex predator "politicians".

Hitler (and several of his top generals) Mussolini, Hussein, Ceausescu, Bin Laden and others would disagree, although it's true that there are also those who get away with things their entire lives with no pushback.

Just speaks to the fact that morality is a human construct and not everyone is on board with it.

-4 ( +4 / -8 )

Of course it worries him. How many countries has he been to since he was charged as a war criminal? Not many... He is (rightfully) terrified.

The ICC circus has no effect nor worries Putin, meanwhile he continues to move the geopolitical chips to together with the BRICS create a new world order..

-4 ( +5 / -9 )

It is worthy of note that the bulk of ICC member states were shocked at how much of the ICC process to prevent politically based claims result in an ICC arrest warrant when it came to this particular charge, and are complaining that, despite all the processes to prevent politically based claims result in an ICC warrant having been scrupulously completed, there's been ZERO arrest warrants for those committing a 'probable genocide'.

Like other international institutions, there's a popular movement to reform the ICC because of the interference of a small set of countries that are keeping them from fulfilling their mandate.

PS, one of those reforms has actually reached the point of legally superseding the the compromised original (enough countries have acceded to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons that it actually is international law, but somehow the Japanese government refuses to follow it)

-4 ( +4 / -8 )

Mongolia should be thrown out of the Rome Statute for not upholding its provisions.

-5 ( +16 / -21 )

Who appointed the judges of ICC? Who are they representing from? It sounds funny when someone like cosplaying of judges and court drama.By the way, why Netanyahu was acquitted from the ICC? Seems that so called justice has another of unbalanced practices and measures.

-5 ( +5 / -10 )

Ukrainian children were forcibly deported from orphanages and other state institutions after Russian forces

So he's charged with pulling children out of orphanages in a war zone and placing them with loving families.

Yes, placing them with "loving families" in his corrupt state. The obligation was to give them to Red Cross to try to find their parents.

His "war crime" (even the article puts quotes around it) has nothing to do with the death of Ukrainians or bombings or the conduct of Russian soldiers.

Give it time. The fascist state is excellent at explaining away things like mass graves.

-6 ( +11 / -17 )

Ha... told you Ulaanbaatar would not arrest him.

They know it's a loaded, political motivated warrant based on lies and provocations.

Plus, observing the anniversary of the Battles of Khalkhin Gol is very important to the bilateral relationship.

The NATO smoke blowers will NEVER admit member states of Rome Statute may also be exempt from carrying out arrests if doing so conflicts with certain treaty obligations or diplomatic immunity offered to another party. Economic grounds too (and Mongolia has many).

This applies to Putin - get over it and stop sounding the moralistic trumpet.

More like they were too scared to.

Why does Japan continue import oil from Russia? Is Japan supporting Putin? Kick Japan out of the G7. Back stabbers.

This but unironically.
