Tell Putin to pull out then or wait until Ukraine forces them out.

Does Russia really give a damn about boosting global food security?!
It probably has more to do with boosting its income.

Global crop yields dropping like a rock, due to lack of sufficient Russian and Ukrainian fertilizer and potash due to Russia’s illegal and imperialistic invasion of its peaceful neighbor. These two countries provided over half the global supply in 2021.
Global starvation and malnutrition will continue increasing this year and next year and as long as this illegal war that Russia started continues... as will Russia's failed state status as people, mostly military aged men, exit the country daily in part due to lack of a future. But failed states have MANY problems, and few will return as times passes. The destruction could end if Putin let his ego, and imperialistic dreams, would just let him admit defeat and remove his terrorist thugs from Ukraine.

Russia backs down again. If Russia tries to slow walk the inspections, they should be thrown OUT of the inspection regime to keep things moving through the straits.

They've banned imports because criminal Russia disrupted the grain market so it could only be sent by land. Now that Russia has backed the f down, it should be better this year.

But only Kremlin insiders and their media lackeys, especially those among the 99% of Putin's keyboard bots that remain uncovered, while continuing to post his lies might believe anything coming from the Russian government.

Grudging agreement is better than none.
But please, stop the muscle-flexing and outright aggression, Russia. You continue to force Ukraine to fight back, but in case you haven't noticed, most of the civilized world supports Ukraine in her bid to join the EU.
But a grudging grain deal is way better for the world than none at all.

Some countries suffered crop loss because of the weather and natural disasters.

Perhaps the countries so quick to do business with Russia should take note of what Russia does in the world before doing so.

You see Shared Interests and Shared Values - It Works!

Food inflation reduction, check
Let's get more such Wins, Ukraine as failed state, not in anybody's interests, peace and prosperity FAR better path, destabilization not working, especially as global starvation and malnutrition are expected to be record levels for 2023, course correction time!
