Good to see those antiques flying, it's like a classic car rally.

Another political slap-n-the-face to the spineless Obama administration. Some "deal" he gave to Iran huh. The mullahs are laughing. The Russians dominate the Iraqi airspace. The Russians have already sidelined Obama in Syria. The red lines mean nothing, Asad's days ain't numbered at all. Who tried to sell that lemon??

Dont worry, Madverts, the obama/hillary favorite islamic "freedom fighters" wont be qubbling too much over the make of the warplane that is annhilating them.

Wc, Iran will accept Russian help to sustain Shiite influence in the region, but their long-term goals more closely align with those of the US - if the US will accept them. For example, the Guardian noted,
Stupid - for both sides. Both the US and Saudi Arabia will have to accept the fact that Sunni hegemony in the northern Gulf region is coming to an end. Fortunately, for a US administration which welcomes this, there will be many benefits, both economic and strategic. The last thing the Iranians welcome is an expansion of Russian influence in the Gulf.

No, the real classic car rally is when Americans use their B-52s.
And why RAF do not show its brand new shiny toys? Russians work while NATO does the tough talk?

Bet the mullahs are still looking to Russia to help enhance their missile program though.

Lotta Russophiles on site today. Guess with the devalued ruble there is no chance for a summer vacation other than nearby dachas. Russia had better be careful, though - Iran has proved time and again its ability to turn on a dime. I'd suggest keeping the keys in those planes' ignitions and the motors warmed up.

Indeed Laguna. The lse "Americans" that support the Russian dictator over their own president have surely made their way on to an NSA list. And good enough, traitors that they clearly are.
Laguna
Asakaze, I have noticed that you post only when the topic concerns Russia. You might take care as to what you bomb - these have a tendency to bight back.
Asakaze
Laguna, you've noticed wrong. If you check all my comments (and it is a very simple thing to do) you can see that not all of them are about Russia.
But I'm not surprised, you have a tendency of getting things wrong.
It seems you're informed about the state of Russian economy as bad as you're informed about the status of the Kerch bridge. Here, enlighten yourself:

Thank you, I know, I've heard about US-made weapons, such as TOW missiles, supplied to Nusra and others. I wonder how they got them?

A Russian friend of mine said that ISIS would be destroyed in a matter of days once the Russian military got involved. I'm not sure what happened.

The usual thing happened - civilians are overoptimistic in their predictions of military events. Comments from Russian professional military I've seen were very cautious, nothing like "in several days", "mission accomplished" etc. They do not talk much, they work.

If I remember correctly, about two years ago I have a discussion with you about the bridge across the Kerch strait. You were sure that this would never gonna happen (no expertise, no technology, no help from the West). I said that the bridge would be built, let's wait a couple of years and see. And what we see now at the links I provided you?
Now you have your vision of Putin and Russia. I have mine, I think that in a couple of years Russia will be even stronger then now. I don't want to argue, we'll just see who is right again.

under what permissions americans are still there any way... why cant yankees get the hell out of there ... they destabilised the region, brought war everywhere its a bloody farce

A little truth there. But look at the picture since the collapse of the USSR. Saddam's Iraq was broke as a result of the Iran-Iraq war. The Americans assisted Baghdad during that war. Suddenly, the US were the only ones left standing when the Soviets folded.
Saddam was broke, so that's why he invaded his neighbor Kuwait. Oil & money for blood. Blame Sunni Islam vs Shiite too, not all the US' fault.

And we will see China also stepping in?

Madverts, perhaps you should use more care with words like "traitors". Russia is far more active and effective against ISIS and other radical islamists than the obama administration. Russia is supporting the secular Syrian government against Islamist insurgents (including ISIS and Al Qaeda) while Obama is supporting, aiding and abetting the islamic insurgents. Who are the traitors? And btw, since when is Russia the enemy?? Hillary demonizes Russia too and you buy into it.
SuperLib
All this talk of glorious victory in a matter of days suddenly fell apart with a resupply drop? Well, it is Russia after all.
Asakaze
Please be precise - who promised you a glorious victory in a matter of days? And how is "Mission accomplished" thing is doing? Fifteen years of glorious victories? Well, it is America after all.
SuperLib
My friend said that Russia would take out ISIS in a matter of days. He said that the US was losing to Toyota trucks and Russia would destroy ISIS.
Asakaze
Did you read my previous post about civilians and their predictions? Ask your friend what happened. Russian officials did not promise a swift victory. Swift victory against ISIS is possible only if Saudi Arabia and Qatar are bombed, because they supply Toyota trucks and other stuff.
Outrider
Asakaze, exactly right.
