Putin is a terrorist. Plain and simple.

Given that Russian artillery and air strikes have struck maternity hospitals, schools, random appartments, and buildings clearly marked as shelters for civilians. No need to be skeptical at all! It’s an ethnic clensing action..not unlike that undertaken in Poland by the Nazies. They even have a euphemism for it, it’s not a war it’s a limited military action.

The only thing only slightly less disgusting than the brutal attack on a free nation by the Russians is the attempts by Putin’s keyboard puppets to justify the invasion.

Well said.

The pro-fascists are so predictable to pick on here though. They are the same ones forever bashing and hating on Japan.

The Russian Military has kept the plant operational and it's still supplying power to the Kiev government and millions of Ukrainians.

It was working perfectly well before the invasion. When there were more Ukranians to enjoy the benefit.

Exactly, the trains are running, TV stations, water purification plants are all running.

The trains are running, that rings a bell, now where did I hear that before…

What an awful country Russia is! Like the plague and rotten trash all rolled up into one, and it saddens me to say that about any country and it’s people.

2 injured when Russia attacked Kiev. Western media might be right, Ukraine is winning the war against such military might:

"KYIV, Ukraine

Russia attacked the Ukrainian capital in the early hours of Sunday morning, striking at least two residential buildings, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said, as elsewhere Russian troops consolidated their gains in the east.

Associated Press journalists in Kyiv saw rescue services battling flames and rescuing civilians. Klitschko said two people were hospitalized with injuries."

Shameful. The continuing attacks on Kyiv by fascist Russia are proof they are determined to destroy the entire country - not just take over some border regions as their supporters keep claiming.

The Ukrainians are not gutless like the Russians. They will fight on to protect their sovereign land, no matter how long this illegal occupation takes. Expect tens of thousands more fascists to be sent home to Russia in disgrace in body bags - until Ukraine is free again.

Desperate Putin ‘calls up obese 20st retired general, 67,’ to lead troops in Ukraine after ‘running out of commanders’

I wouldn't put too much trust in The description of targets from the Kyiv side, its always a hospital, kindergarten, old folks home or kitten sanctuary. Never a command and control center or arms dump.

You forgot the orphanage.

The description of targets from the Kyiv side,

The soft targets like hospitals, maternity wards, schools and shelters Russia has been hitting with its high tech weapons are similar to those the Russians hit in Syria, Russia is a nation governed by psychopathic Putin, a man leading a nation with zero regard for life. And yet there are those that cheer on Russia's warmongering, wanting to see the 'west' under Russian control. Or perhaps Chinese and Russian control, which assumes those nation's megalomaniac rulers might be willing to share power. Which would have have greater power of media and information control and censorship? And given both countries are ultra-nationalistic, which country's ultranationalism would prevail? Which religions would be seen as enemy of either state?

NATO, needs to up the game. Appeasement didn’t work with Hitler won’t work with Putin. Saying that the more you compress a spring the harder it rebounds.

Peter14...

Would love to see a headline of "Ukraine missiles hit Washington DC causing significant damage" just to wake up the people of the USA to the fact they are involved in a proxy war that has deadly consequences.

Would love to see a headline of "Ukraine missiles hit Moscow causing significant damage" just to wake up the people of Russia to the fact they are in a shooting war that has deadly consequences.

It is just a game to Putin, moving pieces around on a board and collecting a few roubles when he steals Ukraine grain. Russia needs to be stopped, on way or another. Their evil can not be allowed to win.

Some of the missiles were fired from Russian long-range Tu-22 bombers

Its been quite interesting that Russia hasn't been using its air power up to now.

That’s a super odd thing to say.

what a person posts online is only slightly less disgusting to you than brutal attacks that kill people?

if really so and not just overdramatic hyperbole, maybe “the Internet” is not for you…..

-7 ( +4 / -11 )

ok.

Some nine generals and 55 colonels have reportedly been killed during the costly war in Ukraine, leaving the dictator grasping at straws.

So they are running out after 9? Despite the article only naming 1 as dead and 1 as maybe dead?

Google says Russia has 1,100 officers at this level. Why would putin be grasping at straws after 9?

Oh my God... they hit an orphanage?

Bronco...

Doesn't seem like the Russian Military wants to "destroy the country"

Exactly, the trains are running, TV stations, water purification plants are all running. With a few exceptions, most of the country not on the front line, is functioning as normal. Refugees have started to return to Kiev and towns in the west.

Not only does supposedly Russia not have any weapons left- they only had 19 military commanders in their entire military?

is there any critical thinking going on whatsoever?

-9 ( +1 / -10 )

Given that the Kyiv regime has been repeatedly caught using residential buildings as hiding spots for everything from firepoints for snipers, military barracks, and weapons storage you can choose to extend them the benefit of doubt and accept the claim, or be as skeptical of the claim as most people are of a Trump claim.
