Can Pistorius run from justice?

Pistorius will be convicted and put behind bars. There is just no room for any other verdict.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFYjqLegFuE this is the video response I have made to support his case. please check it out for yourself. I don't believe it was premediated. it was accidental.

not accidental, negligent at best.

I think the only intelligent option at this point is to not make one's mind up just yet. The press has made or conveyed so many errors its hard to figure out what the facts are.

At best, it's negligent homicide. At worst, it's premeditated murder. Number one rule of gun ownership: never pull the trigger unless you see your target. Pistorius' rating on this rule: EPIC FAIL

Pistorius also has a reputation for being overly aggressive in disagreements. I could easily see him getting into an argument with her over something that forces her to lock herself in the bathroom. When you're a gun nut and your target for an argument locks themselves away from you, what are you going to tend to do? If you're hot-headed, you're using the gun.

It does show once again the problems of having a corrupt police force. Something is very wrong when you have police officers accused of murder. Many complaints have been made about poorly trained officers not responding to crimes or not investigating crimes diligently, making may errors in investigation. Sounds like it is past time to clean up the South African Police Depart for the sake of the citizens suffering a crime wave in South Africa. South Africa deserves a police force that is above reproach.

“He (Pistorius) wants to continue with his life like this never happened,” Nel went on, prompting Pistorius, who was crying softly, to shake his head. “The reason you fire four shots is to kill,” Nel persisted.

I think NEL here is on to something, you shoot once, maybe you are afraid of an intruder, you shoot 4 times, my guess is you really want to make sure somebody is DEAD, intruder, girlfriend who may have cheated on you, etc...
