I remember some hardcore US republican radio commentator stating how, "The global warming crisis is a liberal scheme to make us spend more money, because the polar ice caps are actually showing signs of growing larger..." as a means to his agenda.

I just hope more and more human beings across the globe start getting it together and learn, that we only get one earth (at least until we figure out how to terraform Mars and Venus) and even then the better we take care of our home planet, the better we'll be able to maintain new ones.

Not so confusing. We do not have enough Accurate data to support global warming. And as honestdictator says "we get only one Earth" and we have been abusing it. If we all are conscious of our impact and try to reduce that the better.

Things like this and eradicating smallpox shows what we can do when we put our minds to it.

I really don't think sea water will rise, because I don't believe in Global Warming...The earth will endure...and yes we may have to live through climate change, and maybe another little ice age...but life goes on and find's a way...
