“Humans can put on clothes or sunglasses—whales can’t.”

But I thought they were so intelligent!?

Intelligence miraculously produces arms and opposable thumbs?

Some creatures that do have opposable thumbs aren't all that intelligent, it seems.

Send in the Japanese whale researchers to confirm this...

There will be a new movement called save the whale skin.

To me nothing new.

Whales, doplhins, etc are mammals and got sensitive skin. Kinda like being surprised that an african-american,asian, etc can get sunburned.

Been known for ages that their skin is highly sensitive and needs to be kept wet, etc.

I see you watch UFC.

For the whales we can get Sea Shepherd to start a campaign to rub sun screen on the whales. Put them to some good use.

I thought that the ozone depletion rate has slowed down significantly during the past decade. This seems to be good news for the pharma companies as goddog said.

Heheh, or they'll just go extinct. 99% of all creatures that had ever lived on Earth have gone extinct.

lol. Guess we're done with Global Warming for now. Time to move back to the Ozone layer scare instead.

That can't be good for the meat. Or maybe it's just pre-cooking it.

LOL! I guess the Sea Shepherd radicals are against evolutionary progress.
