Republican lawmakers have blocked measures to require time off work for medical and family reasons.

Oh you mean the rail strike that Joe Biden was praised for solving in September, before he had even solved it?

Not gonna be so great for good ole Joe to go against the unions. But he is fine to do so now that the election is done.

President Joe Biden said Thursday a tentative railway labor agreement has been reached, averting a potentially devastating strike before the pivotal midterm elections...

Not the only thing he and the Dems took credit for right before the election that never happened.

Dont know that voters will ever learn to only vote when things are actually completed- not just when announced right before an election.
