Who cares.

Americans who don't like seeing their sovereign democratic process subverted.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

So in other words, the House GOP is lying to the American people! VOTE THEM ALL OUT!!!

I'm well to the left of Senator Burr, but I want to tip my hat to him for working to do the right thing more often than not. It's a safe bet that he has received extraordinary pressure from the right to do the wrong thing.

Is that what the left is saying...again.....yaaawn...lol.

I'm surprised that you are not blown away about the Democrat corruption that has been destroying the political process since 1998. But good news that Trump won't be indicted now, so now that we can all breath a sigh of relief, we can all get back to our lives and hopefully the MSM can do what they were always supposed to do and that's to talk about the news, real news.

The Senate intelligence committee said Wednesday that it agrees with the U.S. intelligence agencies' assessment that Russia intervened in the 2016 presidential election to hurt the candidacy of Democrat Hillary Clinton and help President Donald Trump.

Everone already knows this.

there is not only no proof on any trump involvement, he can’t even be indicted if there were. You had 18 months, So wrap it up.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Mueller was appointed in May 2017. That's not 18 months.

If you can't even count, then how can we take any of your post at face value, since you clearly aren't clear on the details of what has happened?

Fake news.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Not talking about just mueller as this article not about him. You guys been investigating since July 2016 if the people doing it are to be believed about how it started.

So you really don’t feel this should wrap up now that Trump cannot and will not be indicted. 10 million dollars plus all the Congress time spent in meetings to learn what we told tothe from day 1. trump Didn’t “collude” and can’t be indicted anyway. Thanks for playing.

-8 ( +1 / -9 )

Interesting logic there.

They need to stop the 18 month investigation.

It's pointed out that the investigator has only been on the case for 12 months.

Yeah, but there were other investigations, so they need to stop this one.

All completely pretending that his team didn't run Hillary investigations back to back for years.

Ok, so let's take apart this little bit here. The idea is that Trump cannot be tried so let's not even bother looking into it.

There are a few premises here that really require a closer look:

1) Collusion is the only thing being investigated:

none of us know what is being investigated by the team. The first we heard of Trump being investigated was after he had fired Comey, so an investigation into obstruction could possibly be being investigated. And depending on what the investigation has dug up, there could be other avenues also being pursued.

2) Trump cannot be tried:

That will require major court cases with high level lawyers and citations of the law to determine. The only way we will know if he can be tried is if there is an attempt to try him.

3) If he cannot be tried, it's not even worth continuing to look at what happened:

Your premise is that even if Trump and/or his team colluded with the Russians, they cannot be tried under existing law, and therefore the investigation is a waste of time and money and should be halted immediately.

This action would say to every future candidate 'you are allowed to collude with foreign governments when campaigning to be president'. It would open the floodgates.

In the interests of the people, if a loophole exists, then it should be closed. Maybe this president was able to exploit it in a legal manner, but that doesn't mean it should be left open until the end of time.

To close a loophole, you need a clear and complete understanding of what happened, in order to identify how it happened, and close it to prevent others from exploiting it in the future. To do this, you need to investigate.

Wrap it up, ALL of it. everything that has been going on for almost 2 years.

Mueller, Senate, House, CNN, liberal media, the trials, everything, its done.

Mueller said he cant indict, so now all he has left is a 10 million dollar one-sided book report. So write the report, let us see the IG report on who from the FBI or Clinton campaign needs to go to jail, then its done. Manafort and Cohen can be dealt with through the regular court system as needed.

Oh, I guess you didn't read my last post. I'll repost it here for you:

Blacklabel: You had 18 months, So wrap it up.

While “wrap it up” is a compelling argument, I’m going to have to go with, “naaah.”

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Wrap it up

That was a song, right?

No, the Senate investigation proves one things for sure, Nunes' investigation was another sham perpetrated by the GoP on the public. The Trumpets were singing Nunes' graces, an AG major on an intelligence committee who b'tched and didn't read anything.

In addition, how many people have been charged with crimes from the Senate investigation? Was the Senate considering obstruction? They have missed a lot of things because they didn't fully use their subpoena powers on a number of witnesses who refused to testify.

No, Mueller is up to his ears dealing with crimes surrounding Trump, and he has more prosecutorial powers than the legislature (and more independence).

It is only starting to get bad for Trump.

The bigger question that the Deep State and the democrats have yet to answer is how did the Russians make Hillary so unlikable with the voters? Gotta admit, they did a fantastic job. . . .

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

So? It's been pretty much established that Russia tried to influence the election. This is old news. Matter of fact, governments around the world try to influence elections in other countries to serve their own national interests all the time. The US has done it plenty. But my question is where is the evidence that Russia actually made a difference in the election outcome. Did they hack the voting machines or something?

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

how did the Russians make Hillary so unlikable with the voters?

That is evident based on recent studies.

Good Olde White Fright won the election as directed by Bannon and his crew at CA which was mirrored by the Russian campaign.

Just get it all out of your systems before the IG report is released. That will show what really happened not all this made up stuff if no consequence. I would guess next Friday would be the release date for the report.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Gee, another promise of a bombshell from Trump fans. As if we haven’t heard this before.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

not all this made up stuff

Like all the charges filed on those close to Trump? Three people pleading guilty, of which one charged and two turned state's witnesses.

Cohen in serious jeopardy.

A six month lag on the public finding out information Mueller already had.

Constant lies and incredulous public explanations that consistently get found out.

A lot of made up stuff for sure.

And you are banking on the IG to save you. Whatever the IG finds will not stop Mueller. A judge just ruled for the Mueller's team missive saying everything was A OK.

Got to hand it to you, you are very hopeful. Definitely not a loser mentality, or realistic. IG we need a hail mary . . full of grace otherwise Trump is going down.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Trump cannot even be indicted. No evidence exists of his personal involvement in anything criminal anyway even if he could.

Flynn case will be dropped. The 13 Russians case will be dropped as they don’t want to give “discovery” to the defense. Manafort potential crimes unrelated to Trump. Cohen not even part of mueller investigation. Who’s left? Just the guys that Obama administration set up in their illegal spying.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Keep that hope alive brother! Miracles can happen.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

The bigger question that the Deep State and the democrats have yet to answer is how did the Russians make Hillary so unlikable with the voters? Gotta admit, they did a fantastic job. . . .

That's already been shown - they used facebook and twitter.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Trump cannot even be indicted.

Relying pretty heavily on Gulianni's expertise, knowledge of the facts, and knowledge of what is on Mueller's mind and hoping Mueller isn't going to be the bulldog he is.

Flynn case will be dropped.

Flynn (and his son) may be in even more trouble if he didn't tell Mueller about the Qatar meeting where he accepted money during the transition.

The 13 Russians case will be dropped as they don’t want to give “discovery” to the defense.

Trying to protect the indicted Russians? Prosecutors gave the defense terra bytes of information, and the defense is trying block the discovery by asking ask for translations of Russian materials. Classic tactic known as papering them to death. Prosecutors only need to give them the evidence.

Manafort potential crimes unrelated to Trump.

Yes, the court agreed Manafort was deeply connected to Russia, and he was the campaign chairman for 6 months during which the GoP position softened and during which there were multiple meetings (constantly lied about) with Russians connected to the government.

*Cohen **not even part of mueller investigation. *

No Cohen was raided as a result of the Mueller investigation. Mueller found evidence of crimes and referred it to the S. Dist. They sidestepped attorney-client privilege because he was using that privilege to hide crimes. Who was his client for the last 10+ years, Trump. Who else? Basically noone else but Trump.

We have no idea how connected Trump's personal fixer for the last 10+ years is to Trump, but we will find out.

Mueller may still charge him now that we know he went to Prague and met with Russians, which confirmed the dossier.

Who’s left?

Just because you asked nicely and seem to forget:

Don Jr. who may plead too dumb and have a case.

Jared who may plead financially needy

Hope Hicks who may plead too dumb

Ivanka who may plead too dumb

Roger Stone who plead too dumb

Sessions who plead a lack of memory

Dutch Attorney (married to connected Russian's daughter) who was sentenced for lying to prosecutors.

As I said before, what happened to the GoP that all this stuff should just slide like a greased pig.

Are you sure this time, or just parroting what Hannity says? I remember a few weeks ago when you claimed it wasn't looking to good for Mueller's case against Manafort, and look how that turned out ;) https://japantoday.com/category/world/update-4-u.s.-judge-says-mueller-should-not-have-%27unfettered-power%27-in-russia-probe

Trump cannot even be indicted.

How do you know?

No evidence exists of his personal involvement in anything criminal anyway even if he could.

None of us know what Mueller knows. There is plenty of evidence members of the Trump campaign colluded or at the very least were willing to collude.

But of course you don't want the truth to come out so, "end this thing! ALL of it!" ;)

Hilarious
