Senior U.S. lawmakers arrive in Taiwan for visit

I'm guessing that China didn't like this. China's Foreign Ministry's Zhao Lijian waxed apoplectic (he has a vein that sticks out on his forehead when he is in rare form) by sputtering out that "the U.S. will pay a heavy price for its wrongdoing on issues concerning China's Taiwan region," and the "U.S. is 'going down the wrong and dangerous path." The classics never grow old.
