Illegal aliens have no legal standing in cases like this.

Will Stanton Jones sign over all awards to help illegal alien causes or will these families learn that only the lawyers get paid with cases like these in the USA?

I am surprised that they only demanded millions of dollars for breaking into a foreign country and demanding sanctuary from their own people. Don't they deserve billions for committing a crime in someone else's country? Surely Pelosi and Cortez will give them their cash - maybe there are some pallets left over from the Obama administration.

So the stance of the right seems to be we stole your children from you, and can’t find them now, but how dare you suggest we bear any responsibility for that.

this is where the misplaced "compassion" of liberals gets us. non citizens suing us for their own illegal acts.

Yeah, it's not like America stole their children or anything...

Caging children, taking their futures away from them by ignoring climate change and putting guns ahead of children's lives.

There's not enough compensation to make amends for the atrocities committed against them.

Surprised if they won anything, just a waste of the courts time a desperate attempt to either get rich quick or pressure the authorities to allow them into the USA.

Yeah, it's not like they would want to be reunited with the children who were stolen from them.

Will never, ever happen. If they hadn’t made the journey, tried to come in illegally they wouldn’t need to file a frivolous lawsuit.

Yes, it is exactly NOT like that. So I don’t know why you would try to portray it as such.

Yeah right! Wanting their kids back is so frivolous. Don't these people have jobs?

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Then don’t come here if you don’t want your kids taken away, even my 13 year old can figure that one out. You break the law, come in illegally, you suffer the consequences and then you have the grapefruits to make demands?? ROFL

So you support us paying 6 million dollars each to these people for a temporary separation? Their children aren’t dead.

Unlike the parents whose children were permanently separated because illegals murdered them. Do they get anything?

In one claim , a Guatemalan woman alleges she was detained in May with her 5-year-old son. When they arrived in Arizona, the claim alleges, an immigration officer told her the law had changed, that their children would be taken, and that they would be deported. The woman says another immigration officer woke her up at about 5 a.m. days later, ordered her to bathe and clothe her son, and then took her son into another room. The woman says she begged not to have her son taken, then asked that the two be deported together to Guatemala rather than separated. They were reunited in July, but then placed in a family detention center. They were released in November.

Released in the U.S., still illegal. So, after a half year of inconvenience but free food, housing and medical care, they are now free to live in the USA. Incredible...
