4D chess or 4D checkers for that matter is the last thing that comes to mind when I think about Trump.

Kim ain't ever gonna change. However, one thing that is surprising is that Trump & the S. Koreans are discussing sending food assistance while N. Korea uses its resources to develop weapons. Oh, hell no! Bottle them up completely and let the N. Korean regime wither and die on the vine. That's the only way to get them to change without going to war with them.
