" the beheading video of American journalist James Foley — chilling footage that spread rapidly when it appeared online late Tuesday. "

The fact that it spread rapidly demonstrates that there is a huge and growing audience for this bloody jihadist propaganda in Europe. And European leaders are doing nothing against the the radical islamist preachers who spread this ideology in mosques all over Europe. Zip, zilch, nothing. After all, they so proud of their "religious freedom"... even if it eventually will cost them their necks.

Companies can have any content rules that they want so they should be allowed to remove whatever, but journalists trying to suppress content is not good and represents a bad precedent. Once something goes up on the net, it's done

http://www.newsweek.com/twice-many-british-muslims-fighting-isis-armed-forces-265865

There are now more than twice as many British Muslims fighting for Islamic State than there are serving in the British armed forces, according to a British Member of Parliament (MP).

Khalid Mahmood, the MP for Perry Barr in Birmingham, estimates that at least 1,500 young British Muslims have been recruited by extremists fighting in Iraq and Syria in the last three years.

Stunned and shocked to read this article. This is very alarming as this is not including foreign ISIS scums from US, Australia and other European countries. BAD, BAD.

ISIS has no ideology and they are terrorists.

Why are you stunned? Are you unaware that European-born as well as Chechen jihadis have been fighting in Afghanistan and Syria for years? Are you unaware that e.g. Mohammed Atta, the 9/11 leader, was radicalized in a mosque in Hamburg, Germany?

" ISIS has no ideology and they are terrorists. "

They very much have an ideology, and they are willing to kill and to die for it. And in their mind, they are certainly not terrorists.... they are warriors for god.

everyone is in shock and here is the reaction of the free world - remove the links from Facebook.

Great reaction - keep on with that and you'll see what happens.

Israel is probably the only place in the world that really understand what is going on.

Still facebook, twitter, youtube and others are waiting far too long to take down flagged violent content. However, when there is sex involved, they are faster than the speed of light at deleting it. What is more degrading and dangerous? A beheading or a nipple? How are execution videos any more legal than child porn?

Agree. I think internet access will be kept open for a while to catch a big fish. There is a good reason behind it.

"They should be blocked and stopped from posting their nasty and sicko stuff."

It seems there is re-posting by large numbers of Muslims, including ones in the West like the UK. It's called "jihadi-cool"

It's like a whack-the-mole game.

You are right on nail, WillB. They are not doing anything at all, and the cancer is growing bigger and bigger. Now we do not know what to do with them.
