Geez, the Kenyan government must be still angry about AL Qaeda bombing the US embassy there in Nairobi?? But not giving aid to poor women and children sounds really, really bad, I hope they can get some help ASAP!

These countries are seriously in need of assistance, security, food, and education. Reading that really puts things into perspective that there is not so much worth whining about for the majority of people living in first world nations. Hope then men preying on the already devastated women get what is coming to them.

Everyone knows they need help. The article is about the men in Somalia and the fact that they are not helping, just raping their own women. What should be done about them men is they should be shot dead. In New Orleans when Katrina hit, rapes and looting were wide spread and when the earthquake hit Haiti rapes and looting were wide spread. This article is about the character of the people in them areas. We all know about the need for food assistance, but like in Haiti the men who raped the women stole the food like savages and formed gangs and hoarded the food. They tried to sell it to the women for sex or money or both so the women could feed their children. It is hard to help them people because of the men are like savages.
