Just talked to a Spanish friend and said to me that many of his country men are angry at the Catholic church, everyone is being asked to do more wit less, except...yes the almighty Roman Catholic Church, which as always does not surprise me, oh neither is the King of Spain and all of them Royal Folk being asked to do more with less, so how about making some real cuts in Spain for a change??

The banks get the money, interest rates go sky-high, lending stops, and the economy falters even further....

Agreed. Pay should be frozen for all those lazy bureaucrats for starters.

I can't understand why European journalists, especially "journalists" in France aren't tackling the cancer at source. The banks should also be made accountable for their mismanagement of the crisis, instead of demanding further bailouts.
