I very much doubt he committed suicide.

Are you claiming he was “*Epsteined”? *@Wick’spencil 7:24am?

A road less travelled.

A couple of years ago, McAfee claimed that if he suicided, he did not, and that it would be because he was whacked(his words).

Of course, that doesn't actually rule out that he may have in fact suicided himself. A very troubled man. May he rest in peace.

Que terrible!

This is sad at so many levels.

Tax evaders are not bigger criminals than pedophile sexual predators.

While the likes of gaetz run free, this man spent 8 months in prison and finally killed himself!!!

That's not justice.

Plot twist: this correctional facility is partially funded by a grant from the Clinton Foundation.

An amazing character, he certainly had a colo(u)rful life.

When all signs point to suicide though, that is exactly when good detectives (Columbo et al) become suspicious, and look for something troubling. Doubt can sometimes be a useful tool. Questions will be asked of the Spanish authorities. Sad, either way.

Sad. We need more antivirus pioneers at the moment

It was widely rumored McAfee was the one that got the drone footage of Epstein's island. The tax evasion charges were a bogus reason to jail him for that without admitting it. Now he is conveniently gone before he could defend himself and say it like it was.

Bet all the money in the world this was “Arkancide”, just like Epstein, who had the goods on Clinton, an unnamed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and many others.

McAfee made it a point to let everyone know he would never, under any circumstance, kill himself.

The attempted narrative that he had “physical, mental, and financial” challenges won’t change that.

Are you sure he didn't get fried by a Jewish-funded space laser?

Maybe he was slipped some Alien-DNA infused medication by Hunter and Elvis?

I'd bet all the money in the world it was Bigfoot...or maybe The Kraken?

It's fascinating to see how they just can't keep these famous people alive in prison.

Software guru McAfee found DEAD after court approves extradition to US.

A moment ago, my computer screen flashes 'Your McAfee protection has expired'. Now, I am reading his suspected suicidal death in Spanish jail.

Why not just face prosecution than just ends a precious life?

Obviously his death have to be investigated to the best possible degree, but he always acted in unexpected and bizarre ways through his life and as his wife said prison was hard on him mentally. Sometimes people kill themselves even when saying they would never do it, I could believe this was the case, but only as long as the whole thing is investigated exhaustively.

He died how he lived, free! RIP

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

There's been talk of him having a dead-man's switch. Here's hoping he was smart enough to set up one that works.

Lincoln

Yes was Bigfoot.

Although Happy is right when he says that McAfee repeatedly said he would never off himself - probably because he feared being offed by the Illuminati.

Household name - check.

Dies in prison - check.

Apparent 'suicide' - check.

Previous recorded denial of suicide - check.

Note to any lamestream media repeaters reading this: The above list means you need to investigate and report. If you don't do that or your editor says "no," then you better learn to code.

The above list means you need to investigate and report.

Things you could add to that list...

Accused of rape (he denied it)

Sought for questioning by the Belize police

Found liable by a US court for the death of a neighbor in Belize,

Had a 17-year old girlfriend in Belize

According to one journalist, "he was about as useful as a chocolate teapot if you were looking for anything, you know, based in fact and reality."

I have been following the guy off and on for a while, and while one can certainly label him a nutcase, "suicidal" would definitely not be something that comes to mind. Were the guards miraculously asleep, like in the Epstein case?

McAfee in October 2020 on Twitter, following his arrest in Spain: “I am content in here. I have friends. The food is good. All is well. Know that if I hang myself, a la Epstein, it will be no fault of mine,”

Well, maybe he changed his mind since then. Make up your own mind.

Make up your own mind.

A bit too soon to do that.

I’ll wait until there is an investigation and possibly some evidence.

But if you feel the need to decide now, go for it.

Wow, no one could have imagined that it would end like this for the creator of McAfee antivirus.

Hes been flouting tax law for years and was about to spend his remaining life in prison

There was also a crypto currency fraud charge if my memory isn't totally shot.

Looks like he chose to follow his father's example after all. That sort of thing runs in families I have read.

Looks like he knew there were enough charges to put him away for good in the US anyway so maybe he figured 'what's the point'?

He was a very gross individual with nasty lifestyle.

He was a very gross individual with nasty lifestyle.

Revolting people likevthat often are self-destructive in the end. Look at Nero, Hitler - and this guy.
