...so, what is the expansion? Currently 14 weeks- is that still the same? The article mentions teenagers no longer needing consent, paid leave for monthlies, and free abortion pills. Nothing about actually expanding the window of opportunity to abort? Compared to many states in the US, this is quite conservative!
