My prayers are with the families and friends of the crew and passengers. May they find the plane and the passengers.

Why is the CEO tweeting instantly like everyone has died, he's talking about "next of kin" and changed the logo to grey already... either this guy is a moron or something weird is going on.

@gogogo, he's overcompensating for his tweet-gaffe earlier this year when he claimed the missing Malaysian Airlines had already landed.

Very suspicious that not even a Mayday or any communication between the cockpit & tower, surely discounts "storm clouds".

This looks like another terrible airline tragedy. Must say my fear of flying is going up several notches.

Can a big passenger jet really be brought down by bad weather? I thought that was an impossibility, aren´t we always taught that?
LaWren
I always thought the same thing, that bad weather and turbulence was scary but not dangerous.

One thing COMPLETELY being LEFT OUT of this story, is the fact there has been a TYPHOON floating around the area...I'm not sure of it's TRACK, but I would BET this played a bit into what has happened.

I'm afraid time is running out to find any of the 162 people aboard that jet still alive.
