So 2/3 of "fully vaccinated" people have so far declined the booster, despite their wide availability.

Yeah, that's not really a logical inference based upon the quoted text. Says more about you and your agenda than it does about the people who haven't received their booster shot yet.

It is. “Police power” in the legal sense of the word means the power to regulate; it’s not limited to law enforcement.

Tell then that. If I don’t want the shot and they insist and say either this or the shot is a threat and this is what the vast majority of people object to.
