Mali, a former French colony.

Isn't Mali in Africa?

How would that show it as not having fomerly been a French colony?

Sounds like Islamic terrorists don't recognize borders well. I'm guessing Nigeria, Sudan, Egypt had some British colonization issues at one time.

The Islamic State already maintains armed groups in seven African countries—Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Niger, and Nigeria—as well as small sleeper cells in Mauritania, Morocco, and Sudan.

All American troops should leave the UK.

British citizens obviously need the US' protection.

The weapons industries manufacture the weapons and countries sell them.

37% of worldwide weapons sales are from America. 20% from Russia. 8.2% from France. Germany 5.5%. China 5.2%. UK 3.3%.

So? It is up to the individual country to ensure weapons are not used in incidents like this. No one is outraged by these Islamic extremists causing mayhem?

Most unacceptable, but such killing with impunity happens again and again in this practically failed state..

Have guns will kill in a lawless country..
