And if one does not have a right mind, we cannot expect sane decisions from them. What we can expect is insane decisions, because that is literally all their brains can output.

Considering the apparent lack of sanity of the shooter, who was in treatment and off his meds, it makes me wonder about your mind, wanting to hang a person that probably is not sane, as if you were expecting sane decisions from him.
